Whether a business trip or relocation brings you into town, this three-bedroom is the perfect space to relax and enjoy California. Itâs available for stays of a month or longer and offers all the furnishings and extras you could need. In addition, the is 3 beds 2bath house in the back of a large lot , newly built and within walking distance of dozens of shopping and dining locations.
As far as employment goes, many hospitals are nearby. A few include Methodist Hospital, Kaiser Permanente Baldwin Park, City of Hope, and USC Arcadia Hospital. Youâll also be near several colleges and universities like Cal State LA, University of Southern California, California Institution of Technology EtcâŠ
While staying in this corporate housing, youâll have 1,100 square feet of space to make your own. Itâs laid out with a total of three bedrooms and two bathrooms, along with plenty of community space so a family or group of friends can hang out and have a good time together. Plus, youâll have access to wireless Internet access, a washer and dryer, and full utilities at no extra charge.
This home offers vaulted ceilings, a formal living and dining room. It also includes a family kitchen with a large sliding glass door that lets you bring in the outdoors inside or vice versa. All the appliances you need are available, along with dishes and extras to make settling in a breeze.
Around the back, youâll be surrounded by mango, grapefruits, lemon, tangerine, and orange trees. Further, into the neighborhood, youâll find a peaceful family environment and some of the best schools in the area.
This well-furnished, stylish corporate housing has plenty of sleeping space across the bedrooms. There are 2 queen beds, a full bed, and a futon in the living room, so everyone can get a great nightâs sleep each day. In addition, the rooms are perfectly equipped with lots of storage for all the necessities you bring with you.
This is a dream location for a business trip at only 20 minutes from Burbank Airport and in the central location of all different local cuisines (such as Vietnamese, Chinese, Korean, Indian, American, Mediterranean etc..), Southern California theme parks (Universal Studios, Knotts Berry Farm, Disneyland, Magic Mountain etc.), Downtown Los Angels, Little Tokyo, K-Town etc.) and all the SoCal beaches . You can leave the plane, stepped into the vacation home of your dreams, drop off your suitcase before heading to the sand and sun to enjoy the best parts of California.
Parking instruction:
Its' free to park on public street EXCEPT 2AM- 5AM (you will need $4 overnight parking permit during that time)
There are 2 overnight parking options:
1) Purchase overnight parking permit: You can purchase the $4 overnight parking permit available at Temple City Hall/kiosk (2 mins away) or buy it online at the link below, print it out and put on the dashboard. (If you have more than 1 car, please purchase the permit) .We can print out the permit if you donât have access to a printer.
*Street sweeping on our side is Wednesday 10am-3pm
Street sweeping on opposite side is Tuesday 6am-11am
2) Drop car key in your room mailbox: You can park in our house driveway for FREE after 9:30 PM and drop your car key in the mailbox outside of your door. In the morning, we will move the car to the street in front of the house and put the key back to your mailbox.
House Rule
By booking this reservation, you agree to the additional policies, terms, and conditions below.
1. No partying and No smoking of any kind (no vaping, tobacco, drugs etc..)
2. Please turn off all appliances including lights before you leave.
3. Maximum Occupancy. Renter shall limit overnight occupancy of the vacation home rental to the specific number of occupants designated in the reservation, excluding children five years of age or younger. No unauthorized (extra) guests on premises
4. Noise. Occupants and /or guests of the vacation home rental shall not, create unreasonable noise or disturbances, engage in disorderly conduct, or violate provisions of this Code or any State law pertaining to noise or disorderly conduct at any time between the hours of 10:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. Guest must not participate in any outdoor activities during these quiet hours
5. Visitors. The number of people present in any vacation home rental shall not exceed the maximum occupancy designated in the rental home at any time between the hours of 10:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. For the comfort and security of our guests and residents ,no extra visitors on the premises without approval.
6. Trash. Guest should place trash in the bin next to garage. Trash day is Monday, please pull trash bins to the curb Sunday night and bring back Monday evening
7. Fire and Life Safety Requirements. Outdoor fire areas and fire pits are prohibited.
8. No Permanent Residence. You agree that your use of the Property is on a temporary and transient basis only; that you may not use the Property as a permanent residence; and that your permanent residence is and will remain elsewhere than at the Property.
9. Enforcement: Failure of renter to abide by any of the provisions of this chapter shall constitute a violation subject to imposition of the penalties. Fines will be imposed on the party deemed responsible for the violation. Violations of occupancy limits, quiet hours or other nuisance requirements shall result in fines being imposed on renters ranging from $500 to $1000.
10. 1 small dog under 15lbs are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific approval We have guidelines for those who wish to bring their Pet.
âą The guest remains liable for any and all damage caused by your pet.
âą Your pet may not be left unattended.
âą We will ask you to remove your pet if the animal is out of control and the animalâs handler does not take effective action to control it or if the animal is not housebroken.
âą Please walk your pet for bathroom needs.
âą Please clean up defecation immediately. Bring your own baggies and dispose in the trash can by the garage.
âą Your pet may not be on furniture (sofa, chairs, bed)or counters. Please remove pet hair frequently by using the lint rollers. If your pet required to be on furniture, please report so that we can arrange additional cleaning. Additional cleaning fee may apply.
âą Your pet need to be secured away from the backyard on Saturday between 11 am - 3pm for the gardener access. Please leave side gate unlock that day.
