Horrible Experience
**Rental Property Review**
I would first like to start by stating that I am a reoccurring renter through Vacasa. I have always leases rental properties only through Vasca because in the past any problems that I would encounter all issues was addressed promptly and efficiently with great care and concern so for me to have to write this review puts me in a place that I would never have imagined.
I recently had an extremely disappointing experience with a rental property that I feel compelled to share. Unfortunately, my stay was marred by multiple issues that left me frustrated and dissatisfied.
First and foremost, upon arrival, I was shocked to find there was no Wi-Fi or internet service connection available. In this digital age, reliable internet is essential, and not being able to connect was a major inconvenience. It hindered my ability to stay in touch with family and friends and made planning my activities nearly impossible.
Furthermore, the condition of the rental was unacceptable. The pool was dirty, which made it completely unusable and uninviting. I had hoped to enjoy some relaxation time by the pool, but instead, it was a health concern that I avoided altogether. Additionally, the overall cleanliness of the property was disappointing; it felt neglected and poorly maintained.
Communication during my stay was another significant issue. I was unable to receive any phone calls or text messages inside the property, which cut me off from important communications. This isolation added to my frustration, as I was left without any way to contact anyone in case of emergencies or urgent matters. I had to take several Uber rides around Davenport just to purchase portable WiFi Devices that also cost me financial strain.
Perhaps the worst aspect of my experience was the customer service. When I reached out for assistance regarding the Wi-Fi and cleanliness issues, I encountered a lack of responsiveness and a general air of indifference. The staff seemed overwhelmed and uninterested in resolving my complaints, which only compounded my frustration.
Lastly, there was significant confusion regarding the check-out process. There were no clear instructions provided, and when I reached out for clarification, I received vague answers that left me more confused than before. This added unnecessary stress to my departure and left a sour taste regarding the whole experience.
Overall, my stay at this rental property was far from pleasant. Between the absence of basic amenities, the lack of cleanliness, poor communication, and unhelpful customer service, I cannot recommend this property to anyone looking for a stress-free getaway. There are far better options available that prioritize guest satisfaction and comfort.
