Host is “scenic stays” - they send you everything you need, even set up an app for you that has all the information required for check-in and check-out. Very well managed. Condo was clean, exactly as pictured. (We didn’t notice there was not a fan in the bedroom, so make sure to bring or get a box fan if you have to have one to sleep!) Bed was also comfortable. There is not a washer/dryer in this unit like other Latitude 29 units, but there is a laundry mat on site. Overall, nice condo directly on the parking lot level right in front of the pool, and only steps to the beach. A

We were notified on check-in day that the unit would not be available for the entire week due to a maintenance issue (things happen, we get it). However, our expectation would have been for the booking agents to exhaust all avenues to satisfy the customer and help find us find accommodations, but the reality was that we were simply given a refund and cast off on our own. We ended up staying at a hotel the first night and booked the adjacent unit through another rental company. Latitude 29 as a whole is fine but our experience with VRBO/Scenic Stays was not.

The condo was perfect! I used to visit latitude 29 when I was a kid for family vacations. It was just how I remember. Great views! Wake up to the gulf every morning is just amazing. Won’t disappoint.

Near perfection

Very neat. Clean, and well decorated. Everything we needed was provided and more. We had a problem with the toaster and it was replaced immediately. Easy to get in and out. Unloading was a breeze. I thought second floor would mean lugging luggage and groceries up a flight of stairs. But we parked right in front of the door. We don’t have kids or grandkids so the sounds from the pool were probably more pronounced since we are quieter than most and readers who didn’t even turn the tv on. But the view was spectacular. The balcony perfect.
