À propos de cet hébergement

Latitude 29 est un petit complexe en bord de mer axé sur la famille situé à quelques pas du sable de poudre blanche et des belles eaux du golfe d'émeraude. Si vous venez à la plage pour la tranquillité et la détente, l'unité 3 de Latitude 29 est un excellent choix. Vous adorerez la beauté et le calme de son emplacement et la proximité de toutes les commodités Latitude 29.

L'unité 3 est la seule unité avec deux chambres. L'architecte local bien connu Cary McWhorter a conçu l'unité, qui a été complètement restructurée et reconfigurée pour créer un design moderne ouvert et un plan d'étage familial.

L'océan est votre arrière-cour et l'unité 3 est située au niveau du sol ... sortez simplement de votre porte coulissante pour profiter de la beauté de votre véranda ou pour vous asseoir sur la digue. C'est à quelques pas de la plage. Une grande zone de grillades couverte est idéalement située à proximité. Les autres commodités comprennent une piscine, une piscine pour enfants, un spa ou profiter de ce qui est acclamé «le meilleur jardin sur la plage». Tout est à portée de main du condo.

FAITS SAILLANTS DU CONDO
La cuisine au design contemporain comprend des comptoirs en granit, des appareils électroménagers en acier inoxydable et une plaque de cuisson îlot avec hotte en acier inoxydable.

Le salon dispose d'une télévision à écran plat de 42 pouces, d'un lecteur DVD, d'un nouveau canapé-lit queen-size et d'une chaise, d'un fauteuil inclinable confortable et de rideaux personnalisés.

Dans le couloir, il y a un bureau / espace de bureau intégré de sept pieds avec une multiprise pour vos ordinateurs et des étagères pour le stockage.

La chambre principale dispose d'un lit plateforme sur mesure et d'une salle de bains privative. La deuxième chambre a des lits superposés et dispose d'une salle de bains privative également accessible depuis le couloir. Les matelas des deux chambres sont garnis de mousse à mémoire de forme de 4 lb pour plus de confort et sont protégés contre les allergies et les insectes de haute qualité. Les deux chambres disposent d'une télévision à écran plat et d'un lecteur DVD.

Les animaux de compagnie ne sont pas autorises. Le câble et le Wi-Fi sont inclus.

Fall Break Week

Well cared for property. Unit was perfect size for my family- husband and I and 3 small kids. Super convenient, few steps to the beach. Pool great, also has a baby pool! The owner communicates very well! Highly recommended!

Perfect location!

This property is fantastic because it’s on the beach! It’s super convenient to grocery stores and restaurants. This unit is nice to have the bunkroom closed off as a separate room - which was perfect for our teenagers. Well-equipped and updated kitchen.

Hidden gem!

Tucked away on the quiet side of PCB, this condo is a hidden gem. Fabulous beachside location. Very comfortable and well-appointed. Excellent communication from the host. Highly recommend!

Great beach spot

Proximity to the beach is second to none. However, could use some refreshing. Resolution of the unit owners, on site, harassing renters needs to occur. Overall, great experience with a great group of friends.

Owners/property mgr needs to take pride

First night we were there, knob broke off the dryer. There are no knobs on the washer (needle nose pliers hanging on wall to operate), ice maker made slithers of ice, one side of toaster not working, hot tub not working. This place needs an overhaul. Property mgr never responded to email (said it went to junk folder when she got my first one). Gave it a 2 because the AC worked great and location.

Our favorite spot but needs some work

We just finished our 17th year at this spot. It’s convenient & family friendly & the ease of the location is top notch. However, now that Latitude 29 no longer has onsite management, the overall property appears in decline. There are only 2/3 of the chairs that used to be available for families to use near the pool & patio areas. The ones that are there all have broken straps & some were even taped! The grass has not been taken care of and there are bald spots in many places. The boardwalk areas where you rinse your feet are full of sand as you enter the pool area; hence getting sand in the pool. Those areas used to be hosed off multiple times a day when there was onsite management. There’s also an ant problem around the umbrella tables. There are little biting ants when you’re trying to sit and relax with your family. Again, that would not be an issue if there was onsite management. As far as the unit itself, it’s our favorite in the complex. The AC worked GREAT this year! The kitchen is pretty decently stocked with cooking items. However, the ice maker does not work AT ALL. And a mere 4 old school ice trays are all you have available for use which is unacceptable. The master bedroom bed is very comfortable which is a plus. However, with multiple light bulbs burned out in the master bedroom AND bathroom, it’s hard to see much less put on makeup. The master bathroom sink is also clogged. Will we return? YES! But please add onsite management back!

Girls Big Dog Vacation-Year after Year

The main housekeeper we saw and she is so very nice and caring. The condo is nice, we so appreciate the washer and dryer and two bedrooms. The mattress on the twin bed, lower bunk is actually quite comfortable. It is a bit outdated but i hear that it will be updated soon with an ice maker as well. Tess is absolutely amazing and cares very much for the property. Would recommend Latitude 29. We now go to dinner down toward Seacrest, Rosemary Beach etc. Very good places. U

My vacation

Would have liked to see the heater turned on for a bit, also the hot tub was down 5 of the days we were there. The gate that lead down to the beach was not working properly and would not open at times, which was very frustrating! As soon as we arrived we were meet in the parking lot by the property manager asking where our parking pass was! We explained we had just arrived! Not the friendliest way to be greeted just arriving! Many quest were complaining about the way the property manager would approach you about a parking pass as you arrived. Just seemed like she could have approached in a friendlier way. Also while we were there heavy rain brought water up to bottom of our patio door and actually came inside the trac of the door. We were worried for awhile the condo was about to flood. I believe a pimp was out of order on the property. Over all we enjoyed the condo. The pool, hot tub left a lot to be desired!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have been staying annually at the Latitude 29 for over 20 years now. The change of using outside sources to rent rooms for good or bad, really determines who you use. I highly recommend Helen Phillips because she responds, acts, and makes sure your vacation is great! My Brother dealt with another company and was very upset with their service and lack of responses. The Latitude is awesome and cozy. No elevators and everyone knows everyone by the end of the week because it is just a good family atmosphere with grills, a pool, hot tub and quick and easy access to the beach. Helen is great. There is always the possibility of something going wrong with a room but with Helen, she will get it fixed asap or get your issue resolved.

Great stay!

Property is well maintained and clean. The dryer was broken but we managed without it. Helen was quick to respond to questions and concerns. We would rent this unit again!

We have been staying here for over 26 years. Changes have occurred over the years but still an awesome quiet place to stay. Helen with Verbo was quick to respond to any inquiries.
