First and for most, we want you to enjoy your stay and make yourselves comfortable. We ask that you please keep the house clean and tidy. When you are facing the property the 2 spaces on the left side of property are for you. You will have to pull forward to allow for 2 vehicles. The property left to you, has the rest of the parking, share an entrance. There is street parking at own risk. • To minimize odors and the risk of vermin, all trash must be sanitarily stored inside the property and regularly moved to trash bins behind the house. If you are at the property on trash day we ask that you please pull the trash bins to the curb, on the street to the side of the drive way entrance. Trash days are every Tuesday and Recycle is every other Tuesday. • Avoid flushing any items in the sink and toilets to avoid clogs. • No extra guests are allowed unless permitted by the host, we ask you be respectful of the property. • NO parties, NO events, NO cats and NO smoking allowed. • Dogs Considered, read pet policy. • Before your departure please strip the beds that were used, linens that were used in general and leave in the hallway or laundry room on the floor. • The guest must comply with the rules under the guest rental agreement. ***Cancellation policy is strict because of fees that are charged by the merchant accounts. Up to 30 days before reservation we may accept a cancellation however there will be a fee based on the merchant account purchased through.
