A place to enjoy with your family and friends! This big 3 bedroom house has a beautiful patio with fireplace and a refreshing pool, perfect for a fun evening bbq and margaritas. It`s just one block off the beach, 2 miles into town and walking distance to Tres Palapas pickleball courts. This gorgeous house has everything you need to enjoy the perfect vacation!



This is a 3 bedroom single level house with all bedrooms off the main living. The house centers around its large open floor plan with sliders that open to the swimming pool. Enjoy the rooftop of the garage for sunset and sunrise!



Guests have mostly full access to the property, the garage is locked.



We live and work in Los Barriles. We love it here and want you to as well. We are happy to be your concierge service for your trip. Our goal is to help make this your best vacation ever!



This is a lovely dirt road neighborhood walking distance to the beach and Tres Palapas. You will need a vehicle to get you into town. We are happy to help set up an ATV to fully embrace Los Barriles!



This house has private gated parking for your rental or car. You will want a vehicle to explore town and experience the local dining options. Walking distance is Tres Palapas Pickleball Resort with some dining, bar and coffee options.



In regards to children: this is a parent choice, but we want you to know there is no pool gate or fence. It is your responsibility to watch your children. When vacationing in Mexico you may experience random power and water outages. We do our best to warn you if they are planned, but generally rain causes power outages. The house does have a few flashlights. Water and power use should always be conserved. There is always building happening in baja, we cannot guarantee the status of building around this property.
