3000 pieds carrés d'espace de vie magnifique, situé au troisième étage, donnant sur la magnifique piscine à débordement et une vue imprenable sur la célèbre mer de Cortez. Deux suites parentales, idéales pour plusieurs familles, une escapade romantique pour deux ou des couples / amis voyageant ensemble.
Le maître principal offre une grande baignoire jacuzzi avec douche à l'italienne et un lit king size avec accès privé sur une terrasse spacieuse en bord de mer. Le deuxième maître comprend deux lits doubles, une vue sur l'océan et une élégante douche à l'italienne. Adjacent au salon est une chambre / salle de télévision avec salle de bain complète et laveuse / sécheuse. Le canapé du salon se transforme également en un lit confortable.
Profitez d'une margarita dans le confort de votre grande terrasse privée, qui comprend une grande chaise longue pour 2, une table avec quatre chaises, un barbecue et des vues spectaculaires sur l'océan.

Three couples came to celebrate our 60th birthdays in Los B. This property had everything we could ask for. The third "bedroom" is marginal at best. It should have a wall and door, and better sleeping facilities if the property is to be marketed as a three bedroom unit. Each space had their own bathroom however, and the overall quality was excellent. The view and balcony were fantastic. Nice swimmable beach right out front. Upon arrival, we were pretty confused as to how to check in and who to speak to. We were lucky to bump into some cleaners.Overall, very pleased with our stay.

Everything was great. Beautiful views, restaurants downstairs. Elevator. Great AC. Fully stocks. Pools and pool bars. White sand beach and clear water. Best fishing in Mexico

Amazing place with incredible views

We loved our stay here and will definitely be back! The views from every room were breathtaking, very peaceful and quiet. Quick walk into town for shops and some great restaurants. We didn’t partake in the water sports but watching provided hours of entertainment The home was perfect and lots of room for family and friends - we will be back

Great winter getaway

The moonrise and sunrise views were spectacular. The condo was spacious and quiet. We enjoyed afternoon tea and reading on the giant balcony and watching the kite surfers. Los Barriles has an abundance of great restaurants and very reasonable prices. We highly recommend Casa de la Luna.

Our Family of 5 adults had a wonderful time. Process was flawless and the villa was perfect - roomy, modern, fully stocked and great location with view of Sea of Cortez. The Bay View grill on the property was a great place for lunch and Dinner. Will definitely be back

Great location, amazing views!

Walking distance to everything, communication with host and property manager was great, condo was clean and safe. Would definitely stay here again! * our friends did have money stollen from their bedside drawer. Would probably be a good idea to not have the door code be the same as the condo number.

Dad and Girls Fishing Trip

Absolutely perfect! Thank you to the owners for sharing their beautiful home with our family. We are already planning our return trip to celebrate my daughter’s birthday. Pedro was wonderful; he scheduled our transportation and fishing trip. The restaurant, property, and town made for the perfect trip. The owners were quick to respond to any of our requests and their home made us feel like our home away from home. Thank you!

Lovely stay at Casa de la Luna

Our family of five stayed at Casa de la Luna in June 2016 and enjoyed every minute. If you are hesitant to venture outside Cabo San "Locos" to the real Baja, don't be. The people of Baja, and especially Los Barriles, are welcoming and friendly - good people. Los Barriles is small and laid back (most of the locals drive ATV's), with none of the manic, constant-hassle of Cabo peddlers, but large enough to have a handful of darn good restaurants and decently stocked grocery stores (OK, except for wine. We are Californians but not wine snobs, but it was still pretty grim. But after the first 2-3 glasses, who cares, right?! Try Costco in Cabo or San Jose before you come - they may have a better selection. LB has great tequila though!). And the beaches and water are much more beautiful, and swimmable, than Cabo. We loved the town and beautiful beaches and whole vibe so much we didn't want to come home. Casa de la Luna was the perfect place to stay for our group. It was beautifully appointed and comfortable, everyone had their own space, including bathroom, to spread out and not get on each other's nerves, and sunrise from the balcony was heavenly. My older kids loved the pool and bars at both the Bayview downstairs and the Las Palmas Hotel next door, and my husband enjoyed being right on the beach so he could surf fish in the mornings and evenings. It's also fun to watch the fishing boats go out in the morning and come back with their catch in the late afternoon. The washer and dryer for the unit were out of commission so we all had our laundry done by housekeeping (we had come from 4 days of fishing in Cabo), which worked out great. The kitchen was well stocked so we cooked a few nights but mostly enjoyed either walking into town to the local restaurants (just a short walk - our favorite was hands-down La Casita, followed by El Gecko Beach Club. They give you 2 drinks when you order 1!! And their food is amazing, especially the guacamole. Smokey's is great for American-style food. Enjoyed drinks at Vago's Bar.). It was hot and sticky in June when we were there, and it was always nice to come back to our lovely retreat at Casa de la Luna with its cool tile floors and comfortable surroundings. We will be back!

Great spot in Los Barriles

This is a great property in an amazing location. It is clean and beautiful and having the resort downstairs is the best of both worlds. The giant balcony is wonderful and we saw plenty of whales and jumping stingrays while sitting outside. It is heavenly! Our only issues were with the accuracy of the listing. It should be noted that the "converted bedroom" is a nook of the main living area with a pull-out couch, separated by only a curtain. It has no outlets, no closet, no mirror, and no door. Ask for pillows for this in advance. We found that many of the amenities that were either listed or expected were not available. We had to buy our own toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, laundry soap, drinking water, and ice. Not a deal-breaker, of course, but something to note as you're stopping at the market on your way in. Notably, there was no air conditioning and we found it to be uncomfortably hot at night unless the windows/doors were open. The only issue there was that the restaurant downstairs was loud until later in the night, and the ATVs started running very early in the morning. The breeze never quite made it into the converted bedroom when the curtain was drawn. I would definitely stay here again, but I'd recommend asking in advance if the amenities you're planning to use will be available, and even check in on a weekday because it's harder to find the things you might need on a weekend. We had to track down a travel crib late at night after a very long travel day with two young kids. We were looking forward to the casting rods and inflatable raft, but those were not available. I also wouldn't recommend trying to work remotely from here. The WiFi worked but the range was very short and the speed was intermittent. Despite those minor shortcomings (and I realize I sound high-maintenance --, I blame traveling internationally with young kids), this really is a remarkable property. The property manager, Pedro, is wonderful and can help you with anything you might need. Nicole was very helpful and responsive with her messages and recommendations. The staff at the restaurants downstairs is delightful. The food is amazing and reasonably priced and the views are perfect. I would definitely recommend this villa and I hope to return again some day!

December in Los Barrilles

The condo was spacious and clean, and had an absolutely gorgeous view of the Sea of Cortez from the 3rd floor deck. The kitchen was well stocked, and beds comfortable. One TV had access to cable television; the other two TVs were for DVDs only, and when we stayed there, the remotes were out of batteries. The general manager, Pedro was really, really helpful in setting us up with drive from the airport, to Punta Cana for our snorkeling trip to Cabo Pulmo, and a deep sea fishing expedition. The one small complaint is that Pedro would quote us different prices on different days, and it always came out to $10 more than the original quote. That's not a big deal, but to avoid aggravation or, if like us trying to minimize trips to the ATM for pesos in Mexico, something to gain clarity on ahead of time. It was unseasonably cold when we arrived, and didn't realize that both the condo and hotel pools were unheated. While we were able to use the hot tub, we weren't able to swim in the pools. The best time to stay is really in March and April. Still, we loved our trip. Los Barilles is a wonderful small town, with restaurants and shopping in walking distances. The beaches are beautiful and clean, although it can be windy for small kids. Although too cold for us without wet suits, we were pleasantly surprised to find out that you there's snorkeling off the rocks to about 1/3 a mile to the right of the property. We also ate at the hotel restaurant a few times (chicken enchilladas come highly recommended). The main reason for the four (as opposed to five star) rating is the access to the resort/hotel. This was a big reason why we chose this property. But, when we arrived, the hotel front desk told us that we weren't allowed to use their pool, whirlpool, tennis, ping pong tables, exercise room or golf course (basically, the resort) without paying either a $6 daily fee per person for the pool only or $20 for access to it all. We were under the presumption that it was free, and Pedro said that we could ignore that, but it's something to clarify. Also, the tennis court and golf course are in miserable shape and not maintained at all. It's shocking that they'd charge anything to use them. Lastly, while it didn't effect our stay, and she was wonderful to talk to when we did, Nicole wasn't very good about responding to emails or phone calls. If you need something , go to Pedro.

Laurie and Ned Pederson retired American Airlines Captain first discovered the beautiful Sea Of Cortez in 1979. The love affair with this serene part of Mexico continues for the third generation at the Casa De La Luna which we would like to share with you. They reside in Victoria, British Columbia, their daughters in Napa and San Diego California. The West Coast of North America is fully appreciated by our family.

We choose our vacation home here for the specular views, sunrises and sunsets, pristine beaches, safe and welcoming environment, fantastic fishing, windsurfing, and our quality family time. It is a wonderful place to have our two small grandchildren and a great getaway to slow down.
