This home was just what we needed while our current home is undergoing renovations. The home is very well maintained. Has everything you need in a home to stay comfortably for a short or longer stay. Wi-Fi was also great. Lovely, quiet neighborhood. Would definitely rent from again when needed. Communication with property manager was excellent!
Our stay at the charming Blue Jay's Retreat over the Christmas holiday was absolutely delightful! The house instantly became our home away from home, offering everything we needed and more. From the spacious fenced-in backyard to the inviting eating areas and fully equipped kitchen, it was perfect for our family, especially with our food allergy considerations. Preparing our own meals was a breeze! The location was incredibly convenient, with shopping, walking trails, and parks just a stone's throw away. The neighborhood itself was wonderfully family and pet-friendly, adding to the comfort of our stay. The property was immaculate and well-maintained, truly reflecting the care and attention to detail of the host.Speaking of which, our host was fantasticâcommunicative and responsive, even though we found ourselves in need of nothing. Everything we could have wished for was already in place, making our holiday experience truly memorable. We are already looking forward to returning in the spring. Blue Jay's Retreat not only gave us a wonderful holiday away but also a place we eagerly anticipate visiting again!
This home provided us exactly what we needed; plenty of beds and bathrooms in a convenient part of Raleigh. I will note one of the bedrooms (as of the Fall of 2024) has a futon rather than a standard bed but it worked out just fine.
