Beautiful property!

We came down to spend Easter with our daughter who attends college in Raleigh. The house was spotless and had everything you could think of! The outdoor area for eating and relaxing with family was amazing. We couldn't have asked for a nicer stay.

Just like home

Wonderful accommodations! The house had everything we needed. We were a group of three couples getting together for the guys to golf. The weather wasn’t the greatest but we had a great time and would definitely stay here again.

Carolina Dreaming Couples Trip

Our weekend stay was wonderful! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the beauty of this home and all the thoughtful extra touches that made our stay special. The space was cozy, well-stocked, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway.The patio was the highlight for us—it was the perfect place to sit back, enjoy great conversations, and reconnect with friends. Every detail of this home made our couples' trip even more memorable. We would stay here again! Highly recommend!

Incredible

To summarize this was the better than a luxury resort. My family (6 adults and 2 kids) enjoyed EVERYTHING about this home. Reyna’s attention to detail is remarkable. The house was incredibly clean and welcoming. My words cannot do it justice. The back yard…. Uhh please take me back!

Great Property!

I stayed with a friend and our combined 6 children, including twin toddlers. Not only was the house spacious and well-stocked, but they even provided baby gear! Would stay again in a heartbeat.

Wedding Trip

I highly recommend this house! It was the best place I have ever rented. We were here for my niece’s wedding in Raleigh and needed a place to stay. I wish we could have stayed longer for a vacation. I felt at home and everything was beautiful and decorated so nicely. We had enough space for the six of us adults. The mattresses were comfortable. Everything was clean and we had everything we needed. After the rehearsal dinner we came back and enjoyed the back porch area with the fire pit and tv. I would definitely like to rent again if I am in the area and need a place to stay. If I sent a message, Reyna was quickly to respond. If I could give more stars I would.

Parents Weekend

This property was amazing. The house was beautiful. It was clean and every amenity you could think of was there. There was not one thing missing that we needed. In fact there were so many amenities we wanted to use and just did not have time to use. The outdoor space was AMAZING!!! We enjoyed it so much. We were able to use the gas fire pit but ran out of time to use the log fire. The only down side which was a very small thing is that the road was a bit loud but everything else made you forget about it.

This home is incredible

Staying at the New Hope House was nothing short of amazing. Everything you could ever need and more is provided, from children's toys for inside and outside play, a fully stocked kitchen, speakers, gorgeous outdoor seating, ridiculously comfortable beds and sheets with the pillows and blankets of your dreams, plenty of parking space and room for outdoor fun, a volleyball net, gas and wood firepits, travel toiletries, and the list goes on! Not to mention the host was incredibly responsive and accommodating. I would 1000% stay here again. The location is convenient to most everything Raleigh has to offer and a quick 20 minute drive to the airport.

Dad Trip

My family and I flew in from different parts of the US to spend the weekend with my dad who turned 74 yrs old today! This place is an absolute gem! The house was so clean (like new). The patio and outdoor kitchen was set up and ready to go. Reyna is a great host, very personable and genuine Lots of toys and games for the little ones. Communication was quick and easy! All the bedrooms and bathrooms were stocked with plenty of towels, blankets. etc.The beds are so comfortable!!!! The photos did not disappoint! If you are visiting the Raleigh Durham this is definitely the place you want to stay. Thank you Reyna for being such a great host!

Graduation Celebration

This property was great! The huge yard and outdoor living space was better than advertised. Our two dogs loved to play and run in the yard while we enjoyed the (mostly) beautiful Carolina weather. House was very clean and had all the necessary amenities. Would definitely come back again.

Amazing Gem

This was nothing short of FANTASTIC!! The pictures do not do it justice. My family and friends stayed here for my son's graduation from NC State. The upgrades and decor in this house are awesome. It is very clean. It has the best stock of essentials and nice-to-have items I have ever seen at a rental propert. The outdoor entertaining space was just WOW! WOW! WOW! Although I did not end up grilling, the grill was immaculate. The gas firepit was a nice touch and the wood firepit got some nice use as well (Thank you for all of the firewood!). Communication with Reyna was quick, efficient, and easy. Very accommodating. If I had to pick on one thing, it would be the location. It is a bit farther away from downtown than we normally stay, but the quality and comfort of this home and outdoor space made it well worth it. My family and I will definitely stay here again.

Awesome space for babies and toddlers!

Wow!! Reyna and her property are a cut above! If you stumble upon this vacation property in your search, look no further. Our daughters and I were looking for a central place to meet as we live in Michigan, Virginia, Tennessee and Florida. We were not looking for a destination with activities to do, we just wanted a home where we could be together and allow my 4 grandchildren under 2 to get to know their Aunts and cousins. Reyna had so many toys and extras for our kids. I wish I had a picture of our 2 yr olds faces as they came around the corner in the outdoor space and saw the hot-wheel tower, scooters and play tent. Our two year old who lives in an apartment ran and wandered all over the fenced backyard. Such a joy and a blessing to have stayed at this property as Reyna as our host.

My family was in awe with this house. The decor, the endless added amenities and the cleanliness was impeccable. We all felt at home and made wonderful memories. Reyna was spot on with keeping in touch with me. We loved the smores making kit, wine, chocolates and water bottles was a nice touch for arriving guest.

Family Reunion in Raleigh

Wonderful stay at the New Hope house in Raleigh. Came to Raleigh to see my family and this house more than satisfied our needs. It was spacious and beautifully appointed. And the host was gracious. We will definite try to book it again if our travels bring us there.
