Guest Access:

Guests enjoy all property amenities and will be given a code for entry 3 days prior to their arrival. Amenities include neighborhood pool steps from condo, huge waterfront saltwater pool at the North Tower - with hot tub and restaurant steps away, free parking, free wifi, and free shuttle to North Tower Pool and the beach from spring through fall. ***Please note: North Tower pool and hot tub facilities will be closed from February 1st-March 31st, 2026 for scheduled maintenance and repairs.***



**Important to know**

* We have a minimum renter age of 25 and guest 25 or older must be residing during the entire stay.

*This is a non-smoking condo.

*Only small dogs allowed. Maximum 2 dogs 25 pounds or less each

* Check-in is 4:00pm, Check-out is 10:00am

*This unit is located on the 2nd floor, No elevator available.

*Pool is closed around November 1-April 1st

*Barefoot shuttle runs weekends only the following dates in 2026: April 4, 5, 11, 12, 18, 19, 25, 26 May 2, 3, 9, 10, 16, 17, 23, 24 and 25. The shuttle will run 7 days a week from June 1st-September 6th, 2026. The full schedule can be found in our listing photos.

*No motorcycles, golf carts, or trailers are allowed at this property per the HOA.

Carolina Palm Policies:

*Pool: Pool access isn’t guaranteed due to possible maintenance or HOA changes. We’ll notify guests of closures when possible.

*Weather: Refunds or reschedules are only issued for mandatory evacuations or if the property becomes uninhabitable. Travel insurance is strongly recommended.

*Internet: Speeds aren’t guaranteed. Bring a hotspot if working remotely.

*Payments: Name on reservation, payment method, and photo ID must match or the booking may be canceled.

*ID: Photo ID is required for all reservations.

*Damage Protection: For your peace of mind, guests are required to choose either a $39 damage waiver (no security deposit hold - most common) or a refundable $700 security deposit, returned within 7 days of check-out if no damage occurs.

House Rules

Check-in is 4:00 p.m. and Check-out is 10:00 a.m. No early check-in or late check-out. Consider adding an extra night to your stay if needed.

2. No smoking. Guests must pick up any cigarette butts if smoking outdoors.

3. If departure procedures are not followed, additional charges will apply.

4. If there is damage to the linens or the property, additional charges will apply.

5. $150 Inconvenience fee if property is still occupied (after 10 a.m. on check-out day) when housekeepers arrive.

6. Refunds will not be given for stays canceled outside the free cancellation window.

7. Only small dogs allowed (maximum 25 pounds). No large dogs, cats, or other pets.
