This is a 1 Queen Bedroom, 1 Sofa Bed, and 2 Bunkbeds. Queen Bed in large bedroom and the walk space around bed is narrow, between 1ft to 1.5 ft. The sofa bed is full size and under the Bunkbeds, it is already made up.
No railing on Bunkbeds. Large Bunk is 70" long x 31" wide and the Small Bunk is 61" long x 28" wide.

There is 1 Bathroom with a shower (LIMITED HOT WATER - 5 GALLONS), sink, and toilet. The Hot Water Heater is only 5 Gallons, takes about 30 minutes to Heat in between Showers or dishes. This unit has heating, air conditioning, a fireplace inside, and a full working kitchen with brand new appliances! Your home away from home. This unit has a outdoor chairs and a grill with an outdoor mini fridge.


You can hear the coyotes and occasional dogs barking at night. You are welcome to wander the property. We always have fresh eggs to share. Steps into RV
