It is easy to see why this property has so many great reviews! The photos are accurate - it is a super cute home. It was clean, the check in/check out process easy and there was parking for our rental car which was handy. The house was well provisioned and conveniently located. The reason this property is so well reviewed is for sure due to Sue. She was really proactive about communicating and was just really friendly and helpful. It made our trip to drop our daughter off at Syracuse University for her freshman year a little easier:).

We had a wonderful experience staying here. Sue was incredibly kind and understanding. My friend and I had to make a last minute reservation due to a different rental double booking us. Sue had the place ready with a few hours and was so very kind with helping with the sudden need to change. If we had any questions, she always responded quickly. We ended up staying upstairs and downstairs due to the sudden booking, and both apartments were incredibly cute and clean. They had snacks, some drinks, and other little things like honey. Both apartments were incredibly cozy and were even set up with some fun Halloween decor! I could not have asked for a nicer or kinder host! If I end up back in Syracuse, I will be looking to see if Sue is available to host again.

With everything coming together so last minute, and then the mix-up on my end that meant asking you to stay upstairs first and move downstairs the following day, I knew that would be asking alot… yet you both handled it with such understanding and kindness. You never made the situation feel stressful, and you were willing to work with me every step of the way, which I was genuinely grateful for. I also really appreciated how considerate you were about making the transition between the two apartments easy for us. That kind of thoughtfulness doesn’t go unnoticed, and it truly meant a lot. I’m so glad you enjoyed both apartments and felt comfortable and welcomed during your stay. It was truly a pleasure hosting you both, and I would be very happy to welcome you back anytime you’re in Syracuse. The property was everything we saw in the pictures. We weren’t told the property was on the second floor. We were surprised when we found out. My husband and I are both close to 80 years old and we should have asked but we didn’t. I think it would have been a good idea to mention it when advertising the unit.

Amazing accommodations

Beautifully decorated apartment in nice neighborhood with all of the comforts of home. Sue is a wonderful communicator and made sure we had everything we needed for our stay. Reasonably priced and far better accommodations than any hotel in the area. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Staying in Kenwood

Our stay was brief in Syracuse but the apartment was clean and convenient to surrounding area. Sue was great about responding to my messages and updating me with any changes. Overall a nice stay.

Everything at the apartment was just as described. It's on the second floor of the building with another apartment on the first floor. This is a very common configuration in the neighborhood. It was possible to hear a bit of sound from downstairs, but nothing disturbing. They had a nice dog bed and a couple covers for our Frankie. The kitchen was nicely supplied with coffees, milk, fruit juice, and some nice snacks. Parking was easy, though we had to keep track of which side to park on which day.

comfortable and easy overnight stay

This upper, beautifully updated and comfortably furnished, was a perfect overnight stay for us. I would have loved to spend more time there, but we were on our way across the state. The host is lovely and easiy accessible. I was impressed with the off street parking, the cleanliess, and the comfortable bed. I had the best sleep there.

Cute place, well stocked!

The interior was festively decorated for day of the dead, it was so cute and inviting. Also, the pantry was well stocked with snacks, coffee, and drinks. Sue is a great host and answered all questions promptly. We would definitely stay here again!

A much needed respite

This amazing little gem is the perfect place to recharge. The owners were incredibly gracious and kind. Their lovely home was perfect for us. It was exactly what we needed and I highly recommend this wonderful place. The owner has taken so much care to make her guests feel like they are welcome. This place is terrific.

Comfortable Clean Considerate Cozy

This is such a beautiful home... Very clean and comfortable. Ms. Sue is so considerate, thinking of every detail. We loved the holiday decorations. The location was perfect for our needs. I'm so thankful we were able to stay here. We look forward to being "Kozy on Kenwood" again soon!
