Everything was great and I don't say this lightly, but the view was even better than the pictures show. The whole wall of the living room is windows and you're looking down the beach (away from all of the other tall resorts so nothing breaks the view) which is much better than liking straight out at the ocean. Also, the location is great because you're at the end of Miramar Beach and it's private with no other resort on the east side so the beach itself is relaxing and not too crowded. It was a great place to stay!

Tops'l Beach Manor is the Best!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is our 6th year staying at this property. It has everything you need at your home at the beach. It is always perfectly clean. This year we asked to check out a few hours later so we could enjoy the beach and shower before our flight and they made it easy as could be. We mostly spent our days on the stunning beach but we love going out to Pompano Joe's, The Beach House, the little food place at the pool next door, and The Lost Co Pizza is amazing!

Great views! The beach here was less crowded due to the nature preserve next door. The condo was nicely updated. Seem less check in using the app.

Great Location with a Great View

The condo was very clean and just as advertised. The location and view were spectacular. Our only complaints were the master bed was very uncomfortable, the balcony is tiny, and someone with the resort made us take down our small tent we had our 8 month old in while on the beach.

Comfort is subjective and different for everyone but we will check out the mattress just to make sure the supports are in good working order. Stunning View!

This condominium was top notch. It had the most stunning views of the gulf. It look like it had been newly renovated everything in the inside was beautiful. It was easy access to the beach. I would recommend renting chairs.

Great unit, great location, great management

This is managed by a separate group from vacasa... Which made the check in and out so much easier and painless. The unit is updated. It's clean, bright, and spacious.

Nice area but beach availability limited

The property is beautiful and so is condo Beach area is limited for such mass amount people and they reserve 80% for beach service and 20% for us. Beach service is just as much as condo almost. But it is beautiful anyway, but be prepared for crowds

Amazing View

We absolutly loved staying here. It was at the end of Mirimar Beach so it never got too busy in the beach and the view was amazing. They were doing construction on all the units next to us. If you arent going to be in your room much during your stay (like us) this wouldnt affect you. If you are wanting to sit in your room and listen to the waves, dont plan on doing that- just walk down to the beach! Because it does get loud at times. There was a little difficulty when we extended our stay an extra night. It was never relayed over correctly to the cleaning company and I had multiple missed calls (which i didnt notice because we didnt have our phones out much) and the cleanikg people were outside our room when we got back from the beach to clean our room, so it made us feel bad. Its a very quiet community and never got loud. We barely saw other guests on our floor so it doesnt seem like ak overly crowded property like some others might be. They had fun things for kids out by the pool each day. And the food at the pool bar are was amazing! We are there twice during our 5 day stay. We would HIGHLY reccomend this unit. We have already decided to come back and boom at this one next time!

Really nice, with a few minor irritations

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: You go to this area of Florida for the beaches, and they were amazing. The pictures from the balcony are slightly misleading though.I thought we would be getting sparsely populated beaches, but that's not the case. The tops'l property is the last in a huge string of condos, so the beaches directly in front are very crowded, and the balcony view is looking onto a private beach. The unit itself was spacious, clean and very comfortable. We were not allowed us most of the resort amenities (mini golf, indoor pool, raquetball, tennis courts). In order to use these amenities, the owner has to have an amenities card (which this owner doesn't). Even if they had, there's no way we would have paid he resort imposed $45 A DAY fee. The outdoor pools, sauna, and fitness room were used, and were nice. There was a smaller beach umbrella as well as 3 beach chairs provided in the unit. You can also rent one on the beach for $30. There are several foot and body wash stations getting off the beach to help get sand free.

Thank you Danny for your review. I apologize that you felt mislead by some of the pictures. It's possible that the photo was taken during a slower time of the year. I can assure you that most of the beaches in our area are crowded during the busy Summer season, but I certainly understand the frustration with that. Being a local here, I tend to avoid the beaches until it does slow down a bit. In regards to the amenities card, as we talked on the phone, it was very clear that having the amenities card wasn't really worth much since you still had to pay for everything to use. I'm so glad you were able to find a better and more affordable goofy golfing area for you and your son. It is our constant goal to make sure all of our guest have this same experience in all of our Vacation Rentals. I will pass along to the owners what a fantastic time your family had staying in their villa. We would like to remind you that all returning guest for Platinum Vacations of Destin will get a 10% returning guest discount when staying in any of our vacation rentals. The condo is lovely had everything you need. Decorated really pretty. The bed in master room needs help. Very lumpy but am sure management will upgrade by time next guest arrive. Communication was excellent My nieces husband left item and management was quickly notified and was taken care of Immediately. That alone makes us want to be back next year. Wonderful trip beautiful beach and wonderful food. Favorite is Tommy s. Great menue. I do wish balcony was a bit bigger but it is not a deal breaker.
