THE HOME
Luxury meets convenience in this exquisitely renovated home designed with guests in mind. This open concept two-story house has a space for every desire. The main floor has many spaces for entertaining. Relax with a book in our formal living room, host an impromtu dinner at the dining table. Watch the game with all your friends in the open family room and kitchen with breakfast nook. A main floor office is set up for privacy and meetings with a small couch for clients. Our kitchen is fully stocked with all the dishes, glasses, gadgets and appliances you could need (including basic spices, sugar, flour, olive oil, coffee, tea). Step out onto partially covered deck for dining al fresco or enjoy a cocktail in our comfy rocker chairs around the fire table. Laundry rooms on the main floor and basement are stocked with detergent, dryer sheets and bleach.

BASEMENT
Head downstairs to the walk-out basement to enjoy this giant multi-use space. Whether you watch a movie on the 70" smart TV, cozy up to the gas fireplace, play a game of cards at the 6-person table or enjoy a book in the bonus sitting room you are sure to find what you are looking for. Double doors open to a patio with two swivel chairs looking out into the large backyard. We have many outdoor games in the furnace room including corn hole, yard dice, balls, and more.

BEDS & BATHS
The master bedroom has been specially curated to maximize the feel of a spa retreat. There is a smart TV at the foot of the king bed. Venture through his and hers closets to the en suite bathroom. A large shower, fit for two with bench is nestled next to the soaking tub. His and her sink and added vanity for her make getting ready a highlight of the evening. Enjoy a quiet moment as a couple out on the covered patio with seating for two or lay down on the chaise lounge for that afternoon nap. All bedrooms have upscale bedding and pillows to suit your resting needs. All bathrooms have custom showers and two have tubs. Plush towels and soaps are provided.

OUR REQUIREMENTS
Our rules are strictly enforced and failure to comply may result in incurred fines.
Quiet Hours: 10:00 pm to 8:00 am
We have a strict NO Parties/No Events policy.
No smoking (of any kind) on the premises.
No pets
Check-in at 3:00 pm
Check-out is at 11:00 am

Guests may be fined a minimum fee of $300 for failing to comply with house rules.

CLEANING
You will arrive to an extremely clean home with no surprises. Our cleaners are very thorough and the home is inspected by us prior to each stay. Please help us keep this home immaculate by removing your shoes while in the house.
Load and start the dishwasher upon check-out.
All used towels can be placed in the shower.
Please return all keys and garage door openers.
