The Space:

The home sleeps 14 guests across five bedrooms. Bedroom 1 has a king bed. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed. Bedroom 3 features a king bed, twin daybed, and twin rollaway, plus an ensuite bathroom with a soaking tub and walk-in shower. Bedroom 4 has a king bed. Bedroom 5 doubles as the game room with a queen sofa bed, twin daybed, and twin rollaway. 🎮 The game room includes foosball, pop-a-shot basketball, a smart TV, and a card table, plus direct patio access and mountain views.



The home has three full bathrooms total: one ensuite in bedroom 3 with a soaking tub and walk-in shower, and two additional bathrooms each with a shower/tub combo. 🛁



The living room offers plenty of seating, a large smart TV with streaming, and floor-to-ceiling windows framing forest and mountain views. 🍳 The fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances, ample counter space, and all the cookware you need. Dine casually at the kitchen counter or gather around the formal dining table that seats 8.



🌲 Outside, you'll find a private hot tub, a kids' playground, a hammock, and a massive patio with space for horseshoes and cornhole. The property sits on large private acreage surrounded by towering pines and open views.

Guest Access:

Check-in instructions will be sent prior to arrival. 🅿️ Parking is available for up to 4 vehicles in the driveway and carport area. The property is accessible year-round, though snow can occur in winter months. Snow shovels and clearing tools are provided. Security cameras are present facing the main driveway, mounted on the carport, and facing the main entry of the home for exterior monitoring only.

Oakhurst serves as the gateway to Yosemite National Park, and this home is just 19 miles from the southern entrance via Highway 41. Bass Lake is less than 10 miles away, offering sandy beaches, boat rentals, and waterfront dining at spots like Ducey's on the Lake. Sierra National Forest surrounds the area with hundreds of miles of hiking and mountain biking trails. The Nelder Grove of giant sequoias is about 8 miles north, and the Lewis Creek Trail is a local favorite for moderate hikes with waterfalls in spring and early summer. Downtown Oakhurst is approximately 6 miles away with grocery stores, restaurants, and services including Raley's Supermarket and the Oakhurst Chamber of Commerce Visitors Center.



Getting Around:

The home is located on Road 632 in Oakhurst. From Fresno, take Highway 41 north for about 50 miles (1 hour 15 minutes). Yosemite's southern entrance at Mariposa Grove is 19 miles north via Highway 41 (about 30 minutes). Bass Lake is less than 10 miles northeast (15 minutes). Fresno Yosemite International Airport is approximately 55 miles south (1 hour 20 minutes). A personal vehicle is required as public transit is not available in this area.
