The Space:

Welcome to the Northwood Retreat on Northwood Lake! This fully renovated 5-bedroom, 4-bathroom home offers over 2,800 sq ft of luxurious living space, perfect for large groups or family gatherings. With stunning lake views and a spacious, open-concept design, this home is the ultimate escape for up to 14 guests. Relax in the main living area with its cozy fireplace and Smart TV or in the playroom, equipped with a sectional, bean bags, rock wall, slide, and SmartTV!



Each of the five bedrooms are thoughtfully designed for comfort despite being equipped to for so many guests. You will not feel cramped in these accommodations! Three of the rooms feature king beds, the next features two twin XLs, and the last features four awesome built-in bunks with twin XLs on top and bottom. There are double vanities in two of the ensuite baths and tub/shower combos for the kids in two of the bathrooms as well. On-site amenities like TWO washers, TWO dryers, and a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher make your stay convenient and stress-free.



Outdoors, the large lakefront lot offers endless opportunities for fun and relaxation. Enjoy the hot tub, take one of the four kayaks out on the lake, or walk the hills through the neighborhood for exercise. With plenty of parking for your vehicles, including a 2-vehicle carport, this property is ideal for hosting family or friends. * The driveway is steep at this property.

*All reservations made within 2 weeks of the date of arrival are subject to require in-person Government-issued ID verification.

*If your selected property offers the use of (trundle beds, upper bunks of bunk beds, roll-aways, futons, or flip sofas) these beds will not be made up in advance. Linens are provided and should be stored with these beds.



*Please enter the correct number of people for an accurate quote/price. Pricing varies based on the number of people.



*2 dogs are allowed, but fees will apply. ($150/per dog)



*For stays longer than 2 weeks, please be aware that you will be charged an additional cleaning fee. All properties are required to be cleaned and inspected every other week.



*If you plan to use the hot tub during your stay, there is a $35/day hot tub service fee. Please note, the hot tub can only be prepared and turned up for the entire duration of your stay, not just for individual nights. Kindly let us know at the time of booking if you'd like to have it ready for you upon arrival!

• For everyone's safety, we have exterior surveillance in place with cameras at the front and rear of the home. These are not to be tampered with.



Additional Guest Fee:

• A fee of $25 will be charged for each additional guest beyond the initial 8 people.
