The main level features two bedrooms, one with a king-sized bed and the other with a twin over full bunk bed. The lower level houses the master suite with a queen-sized bed, en-suite bathroom, and a private balcony. Kindly be aware that after your booking is confirmed, a rental agreement and ID verification will be sent for you to complete to stay in compliance with local laws.

A cancellation fee of 5% of the total amount charged applies and is non-refundable.
PET POLICY: This is a pet friendly home, but please note that we charge an additional, non-refundable pet cleaning fee of $175 per booking, that must be collected separately after you've secured your booking if you plan on bringing your pet.

We love pets and welcome them, but pets do require additional cleaning due to hair and dander. We are allowing you to bring your furry friend, but please understand that we still need to clean the home properly for everyone, and this requires an additional pet cleaning fee.

              - Occupancy, hot tub use, and noise are closely monitored and regulated.
              - Non-compliance may result in a $1,000 fine.

PARKING:
Our community parking lot is located roughly 500 feet away from our front door. If you need to drop off your luggage when you first arrive, you are welcome to do so, but please limit loading and unloading time to 15-20 minutes.

SNOW PARKING NOTE: When overnight snowfall accumulates over 4”, you MUST have your vehicles moved out of the parking lot by 9AM so they can plow the parking lot. Vehicles cannot be returned to the parking lot until it has been plowed.

HOA Amenities:
The pool (seasonal) & hot tub area (year-round) are an off-site shared community amenity. The facility is a short drive away, and is open between the hours of 10:00am and 8:00pm.

STAIRS : We have fully disclosed the stairs and we do not offer same day refunds if a member of your party cannot climb the stairs
