Ce mousseux, maison entièrement rénovée est à la disposition location de vacances. Alors que la plupart des propriétés de vacances accueillent minimum de 1 semaine séjour, cet établissement se spécialisent dans l'offre specials WEEK-END getaway. Un lever de soleil magnifique et vue magnifique sur les montagnes du Berkshire. Idéalement situé à proximité de nombreuses attractions. Maison de 3 étages. Il dispose d'un plan d'étage ouvert, ce qui rend chaque flux de chambre dans un autre. Le niveau principal dispose d'un grand salon avec une grande télévision intelligente, une cuisine haut de gamme et entièrement équipée, une salle de bain et demi, une salle à manger qui s'ouvre sur une terrasse avec une vue imprenable et une véranda où vous pourrez passer de délicieuses soirées. L'étage principal abrite également une chambre principale avec un lit king size, et une grande salle de bain avec baignoire profonde et une douche.
L'étage supérieur offre une salle de bain avec baignoire et douche, une chambre avec lit queen size, et une plus grande chambre avec deux lits: 1 queen 1 pleine grandeur (4 couchages).
Niveau inférieur a une autre chambre avec une salle de bain complète ci-joint et un canapé-lit; une deuxième chambre avec un canapé-lit queen; et un exercice / buanderie. Niveau inférieur ouvre grand patio pavé de pierre bleue, où vous pourrez vous baigner inclinaison, profiter de la vue, faire cuire un repas grillé, et asseoir près de la fosse de feu pour faire griller des guimauves. La maison est située sur 0. 8 acres de terre est entouré d'arbres pour assurer l'intimité.
11 pieds Canoe est disponible pour utilisation. vous pouvez rouler (sur un chariot attaché) au lac Mansfield quai de bateau qui se trouve à 300 pieds de distance.

Un total de cinq chambres, cette maison peut facilement accueillir 8-12 personnes et est parfait pour une grande famille, les couples en vacances, ou plusieurs familles. Nous avons aussi des matelas supplémentaires pour les grands groupes.

Stayed at this beautiful house for a girls weekend. We were celebrating my sister‘s 50th. We had a blast. It was close to everything close to the mountain so we could go snow tubing close to a little downtown area. Everything was available to us at the house the house is extremely clean and the host was super nice. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful location!

We stayed at Ephrat’s home in Great Barrington and it was a lovely home in a fantastic location. The view is gorgeous and you’re so close to downtown GB but tucked away to feel very private. The home itself is clean, spacious and well-stocked. Ephrat is a wonderful host and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Amazing home for our reunion.

This rental was perfect for our amazing mother-daughter weekend. It was so comfortable and clean. The kitchen was ideal for our great meals together and the beds were super comfy. The bathrooms were very current and well equipped . Really loved and Ephrat was delightful.

Friends at Beautiful Getaway

This property was beautifully styled and maintained. We truly felt like we were welcomed into someone’s home. The house was large enough for our group of 8 to spend time together and apart. The art, both inside and out, was quirky and lovely. The location is excellent for exploring the Berkshires area without being in the craziest parts of tourist activity.

I am very particular with cleanliness and this house was immaculate. Beds were extremely comfortable, property owner was extremely communicative and responded to us right away! Perfect Family Getaway

Eight of us stayed at this beautiful home, relaxing in the evenings, enjoying the view and taking advantage of the location to hike and explore the area during the day. The house surpassed our expectations, so well stocked and immaculate. In the evenings we would enjoy the terrace, cook out on the grill then sit around the fire pit to roast marshmallows for s'mores. Locally, we enjoyed the hike to Bash Bish Falls and the Shaker Village. We would definately recommend this home to our friends.

Perfect for a girls weekend!

I stayed at the property on January 24-26 for the weekend with 8 other girls. The house had everything we needed! It was warm and cozy and we had the best time cooking and snuggling in front of the fire after skiing at Butternut. The house was a mile from town and made it easy for us to go out Saturday night. We had so much fun we want to make this an annual trip! Thanks for everything!

Sprawling, welcoming home with great outdoor spaces

This house was as advertised on the website and was perfect for our family. It's a sprawling house with lots of bedrooms and bathrooms, a comfortable living room, a beautiful kitchen, a screened in porch and many decks and patios on which to enjoy the beautiful setting. We were in the area for a family wedding, and it was ideal, both for our family to stay at and for other members of the extended family to drop by. The house was clean and showed much pride of ownership. We would definitely recommend it to others and would stay there again.

Relaxing weekend get away

Perfect home for relaxing, many areas in the home as well as in the yard to sit back and enjoy the view of the mountains. The home is very well stocked, all you need to bring is your clothes. The owner Ephrat,met us for check in, gave us a tour and instructions.We also could help ourselves to the garden produce, beautiful flower gardens throughout the yard. We enjoyed the patio fire pit area, the deck with views, the screened in porch and yard. The home is clean and comfortable. 20 min walk to the farmers market, shops and restaurants. We took the kayaks out twice, we loaded them in our cars for transport.

Large home in great area

We had a wonderful stay at the house. We were a party of 10 (6 adults and 4 kids) and we all slept very comfortably with lots of space to spread out. The first floor has an open floor plan so we were able to cook and spend time with the family simultaneously. The owner was super helpful providing detailed instructions and emailing us a list of things do in the area. She was easily reachable if we had any questions. She was also very understanding and accommodating with a last minute issue that came up for us. The house is very close to the town, restaurants and Butternut ski mountain. I would highly recommend staying there.

What a wonderful home!

We are a group of 10 that gather from Mass./N.Y./ New Jersey every summer to enjoy all that the Berkshires have to offer. We came upon this gem and could not have been happier. The homeowners are a wonderful couple who take great pride in their home and this comes through in the way the place is appointed and artwork dispersed throughout the house.Yes, the house is a short walk to both town and the lake but truthfully sitting on the deck overlooking the mountains will keep you planted in one spot. Having your morning coffee overlooking the fog covered hills was a wonderful way to start your day.Neither the description nor the photos do this home justice, no question you will be pleased with your choice.

Beautiful large home with an incredible view situated within walking distance to a lovely lake

The pictures really don't do the place justice! We came up here as a large group to attend a friend's wedding and this home helped make the experience the best weekend of our summer. Comfortable and ideally located close to the town center, this recently remodeled house is spacious and has all the modern amenities you would need for a group get-a-away and then some. There are several comfortable bedrooms spread across three floors with lots of places to hang out, both indoors and out. The hilltop location also give this place a great view of the near by mountains, which we enjoyed while eating breakfast and dinner on both the second floor deck and ground level patio (complete with grill!). It is also a short walk to a lake and small nature trail. The hosts were friendly and took the time to give us a full tour of the house and acquaint us with the area to make a visit seamless. Wonderful place and highly recommended!

Beautiful home, with everything you need

We had a lovely weekend in this beautiful home, celebrating a small wedding. The ceremony was actually performed down at the lake (a short walk from the house), but it might also have been on the beautiful patio looking out over the mountains. Instead we used the patio for the after-ceremony champagne toasts, before going out to dinner. The write-up says 4 bedrooms, but there are actually 5 bedrooms, plus 3 ½ bathrooms. It is all very comfortable and nicely decorated. The common areas – living room, screened-in porch and stone patio – are really nice. The owners have left everything you could possibly need, especially in the kitchen and outside. The owner was also extremely helpful in making local recommendations for restaurants, etc. which helped to make this wedding weekend memorable. All in all, a perfect place for this special weekend.

Needs updated listing and some repairs

The location and layout of the property are great--10 min walk to the shops and such of Great Bsrrington in one direction and lovely Lake Mansfield in the other--BUT before we checked in, we learned the dishwasher was broken and could not be repaired, and after we checked in I learned the cart to move the provided canoe and kayak to the boat launch at the lake was not available. This was actually a huge disappointment as my family and guests were looking forward to this activity. The host suggested affixing the boats to our car--it was a rental, not a viable solution. In addition, the toaster was not functioning and the host kept multiple refrigerators under lock and key and monitored our coming and going via security cameras while I empathize with wanting to be sure your property is safe and your renters are abiding by rules, the cumulative impact was that I felt as though I was renting from a host who was deeply ambivalent about renting his property. At the price point of this rental, I would expect an accurate listing and frankly, had I known that the kayaks and canoes were not available I wouldn't have rented the property. I'm giving 3 stars because the location and property itself was lovely.

Dear Dave, I am sorry to read your review. I am sorry that the cart to take the canoes to the lake was not available at the time of your stay. The Canoes were still available for usage. The toaster oven did work, possibly you did not know how to operate it. You were able to use the larger oven. You were given a large empty refrigerator to use. I am not sure what was the issue. At times an issue arises and cannot be fixed in time for the next rental, such as an issue with a dishwasher. All the issues you mentioned in your review were fixed and will not be an issue for future rentals. It is customary for rental properties to have outdoors security cameras. I am sorry to hear that you felt uneasy. I am glad to hear that you appreciated the house and it's location.

Great house, great location, had everything that we needed!

House was very well equipped and comfortably fit our group of 9! Great location and owners were easy to work with and very accommodating!

Perfect property for a large group

Ephrat's home is perfect for a large group. We had 11 people and everyone slept comfortably. The open floor plan is great for cooking and hanging out, and the backyard is peaceful. The beautiful views off the top floor balcony and from the backyard make this place a true gem. Ephrat and her husband, Benny, met us when we checked in and gave us a tour of the place. We felt right at home. You can walk to Great Barrington center (10 mins) and nearby Lake Mansfield (2 mins). We even took the canoe out for a spin on the lake. I highly recommend this property!

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

Location: 2 minutes walk to the lake, 10 mins walk to downtown, home to many delightful restaurants, shops, galleries, and theater venues (Mahaiwe Performing Arts & Triplex Movie Theater). This house is a short drive to Tanglewood, Jacobs Pillow, Shakespeare & Co. etc. During summer there are many activities & events every day for people of all ages. During the fall, the view from the house is even more stunning. During the winter you can visit nearby skiing resorts. The house is 8 mins drive to Butternut Ski area (3.8 miles), and 15 mins drive to Catamount ski area (8miles). Guests who have stayed at our house say the picture do not do it justice. It is difficult to describe how wonderful it is. Please read our reviews.
