Welcome to Estellita! An incredible luxury experience awaits. This chic, custom contemporary property is professionally designed and curated for you and your guests to enjoy the ultimate Palm Springs vacation retreat. Located next to beautiful hiking trails and Centrally located offering fine dining, shopping, art and culture. This home will not disappoint.
Spacious rooms are outfitted with a sophisticated, upscale yet comfortable design. It is perfect for your group to come together and enjoy time with each other, and a place to unwind. Guests can take advantage of the desertâs iconic weather out on the beautifully manicured and extensive patio. This is the perfect home for you to come to for a month or two and host your family and friends.
OUTDOOR SPACE
The outdoor space provides the ultimate in resort-style amenities within a private estate setting. Surrounded by mountains, this property is anchored by a salt water pool which provides a spot to relax and enjoy the sunshine on the six chaise chairs and two Frontgate pool floats. The outdoor area also features alfresco dining for 8, lounge seating, a beautiful outdoor kitchen which includes a pizza oven, and an outdoor fire pit for you to sit under the stars and enjoy the night sky. While there is always plenty of sunshine, there is ample shade for you to enjoy!
INDOOR SPACES
Come inside and the amenities continue to impressâŠ. The main living space has an open concept with large floor to ceiling glass doors creating a gorgeous indoor/outdoor experience. With two comfortable sofas, it is the perfect place to relax and stream a movie or favorite series on the 75 Inch Samsung smart TV. The thoughtfully equipped Chefâs Kitchen offers a gas cooktop, double ovens, large refrigerator, All Clad pans and almost any small appliance you will need to execute a gourmet meal.
The Four king bedrooms accommodate up to 8 guests, There are two large Master Suites at separate ends of the property which is perfect for added privacy. Both are ensuite and have direct access to the pool area. The other two King guest bedrooms share the newly remodeled hall bathroom. All bedrooms feature luxury pillow top mattresses, European bedding, and Smart TVs.
There is space available for 2 cars in the garage and an additional 2 cars in the circular driveway. Street parking and oversized vehicles are not permitted by the city.
UTILITIES
For Monthly renters the utilities of gas and electric are the responsibility of the guest. This is standard for monthly rentals in the desert. They are charged upon consumption. A utilities deposit of $3,000 per month will be held on guestsâ credit card. Consumption charges are billed at the per diem rate from the current utilities cost, without mark-up. Owners will provide the utility bills to guest showing total guest consumption and rates to be paid. Pool heat is controlled remotely by the guest enabling more flexibility and savings.
