What a great respite to refuel to see so many sites nearby

The beds gave us a deep sleep, quiet but easy to catch a taxi or walk to many sites nearby. It was so nice for my son and I to have the glass doors between us to give us a sense of our own room and space

Wonderful suite with amazing location

Very nice suite in a quiet old historic building. Loved the location. So close to everything in Manhattan. It was clean with beautiful decor. Would definitely stay here again.

Amazing location

We enjoyed our accommodations. Amazing location, very cool bar next-door. Nothing luxurious, somewhat bare bones in terms of amenities. Temperatures were extremely low and our room did not get above 60, apparently a radiator issue? The hostess was very responsive to any needs.

Great location for Broadway shows

Great location. Adequate but nothing special about the accommodations. Calling the sofa “a sleeper sofa” in listing is simply misleading. It’s not even a fullsize or comfortable sitting sofa. My 9 year old barely made it work for sleeping. Communal kitchen in basement of bldg is not fit for real cooking.

NYC Thanksgiving

Had a great stay in NYC in this lovely apartment. The host was very communicative and helpful throughout the entire process making sure my family and I were well taken care of. The location of the apartment was fantastic right in the middle of the city allowing us access to all the sites whether it be walking or hoping on the subway. We had a blast. Thank you.

We stayed 4 nights. Style of the room and location are only positives. Room smells dump, heating works poorly, it took 4 tries and a day and a half to get enough towels for everyone. Description says beds are queen size but they are doubles. Very large window has a sort of curtain but there is so much light, you need eye mask to sleep. Perhaps worse of all, a large cockroach was climbing up the receptionists chest as I was talking to him on our third day.

Great location, on-street parking & front desk service!

Great location, a few considerations: only one elevator was in operation at the time but it wasn't an issue, you have to walk through one of the bedrooms to get to the bathroom. We loved the free on-street parking, however I car was moved by the NYPD with no advance notice, it was moved 2 blocks away and took a couple of phone calls to NYPD to locate it (no fault of the landlord and no costs incurred). It was a cost effective solutions for us and our son/girlfriend. Would consider it again.

NOT a 2 bedroom + 1 living room place

The place is conviniently located. The issue is the listing - it is misrepresented as "2 bedroom" and 1 living room. In reality, it is only a single bedroom and living room. The bed in the living room is basic frame and not comfortable. DO NOT BOOK if you are looking for 2 bedroomed place. VRBO did nothing to compensate and supported the vendor who insisted that the property was correctly listed! When it was completely false.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cet appartement charmant à l’emplacement central dans Manhattan. La communication avec le loueur a été plutôt fluide et le descriptif plutôt conforme à la réalité.

We enjoyed our stay here. The room was very clean and as it said on the listing. The host was slow on communicating and giving us our code but thankfully the front desk at the building was able to help us into the room. The location is perfect and close to metro. We would book again

Perfect location

Perfect location for touring NYC. A close walk to a ton of sites or the subway. The rooms worked great for our family of 4. More space and a divider than a regular hotel room.

Great place, great location, room confusion

We had a great stay and the place was great for a weekend girls trip (mother's and daughters). Clean, wonderful location and easy. Unfortunately, we had a room issue, with our unit being double booked or confused at check in and people in our unit when we opened the door. They then returned late at night trying to access the room which was very scary after we had been told everything was taken care of and to just relax and enjoy our stay. Aside from the mix up and late night scare it was a great place!
