Hi, we are Brandon and Debbie, your lucky hosts.
We live in a beautiful area of town, on a quiet street, within a luxury neighborhood. This unique place has a style all its own. Recently remodeled in 2024 with classy finishes, our basement was explicitly constructed to host our guests and is hardly recognizable as a basement getaway. It is full of light and refreshing upon arrival, having a touch of class and curb appeal to make your stay exciting and memorable.
PROPERTY:
Welcome to your "Home Away from Home."
2 bedrooms, sleeps 6 + one pack 'n play.
The king bedroom suite sleeps 2 and features a king bed with a tranquil mattress. The 55" TV provides plenty of entertainment options, while the cozy chair and full standup mirror complete the space. The custom walk-in shower with a bench and two shower heads along with the atmospheric lighting is an inviting couple's romantic treat.
The second bedroom has a full/twin bunkbed with a twin trundle that sleeps up to 4 people. Sweet... sleepover! đ. And oh, how grand, a separate bathroom accommodates the 2nd bedroom.
A Private desk/workstation was thoughtfully designed and supported with high-speed Wi-Fi throughout the property for all your devices and streaming needs.
A custom Kitchen is conveniently equipped with oodles of amenities to improve your stay. It features a complimentary hot chocolate and coffee bar, freshly laid chicken eggs, and a spice rack to explore your exquisite culinary craft. Further, the pantry contains additional complimentary delights that the kiddos will appreciate. Adjacent to the kitchen, the combo washer/dryer is behind the beautiful, hand-crafted sliding barn door. There are countless places to eat in the Spanish Fork area, and you'll find notes on our favorites during your stay, but for those special magical nights, turn off the electronics, dim down the lights, and enjoy family dining around the table for 6.
The Living room, with a 75" TV and phenomenal surround sound, is excellent for watching the best action and thriller movies. Snuggle up and enjoy the show with complimentary popcorn.
There's a wealth of entertainment to keep the youngsters engaged. You'll find a range of entertaining books for all ages, a classic arcade, a wide selection of family board games, card games, and more. For couples evening out, enjoy a game of pickleball at the local courts with paddles and balls provided. Other outdoor games and amenities will also be available upon request.
If there's something specific you're looking for that we haven't mentioned, please don't hesitate to ask. We're here to make your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.
GUEST ACCESS:
On arrival, you will notice the home address #'s "1379" on the upper right of the 2-car garage on the front of the home. After dusk, driveway lights will be on to welcome and assist you during your check-in and arrival.
Two vehicles can be parked in the far-left driveway in front of the single-car garage, not blocking the 2-car garage on the right. Please feel free to park here throughout your stay. Additional parking is available on the street if needed.
You'll access the home through the 2-car garage, using the keypad code provided days before your stay. Once in the garage, you can enter the home through the door at the bottom of the stairs, also with keypad access provided in advance. There is secure storage in the garage for bikes, extra gear, or early luggage drop-off if needed.
INTERACTION WITH GUESTS:
The upstairs home is our primary residence, and some noises may be heard, such as children, chairs on the wood floors, or a vacuum. We also have an elderly parent who lives with us and has dementia. He frequently makes trips to the mailbox, and you may hear his TV from the floor above. Sound machines are provided in each bedroom as a convenience if needed.
We have spent the last year working through the details of the basement renovations and preparing for the experience you are about to have. We want you to have a wonderful time and will do our best to ensure you have a pleasant experience. We are fully committed to ensuring a peaceful and comfortable stay for our guests. We are always open to your suggestions and feedback to further improve your stay.
The 2-car garage is shared with our upstairs home access and your basement home access. As the upstairs is our primary residence, we may cross paths as we come and go. Though we may not see you during your stay, you will always be welcomed with a friendly smile and hello if we catch you in passing.

Hey there! I'm from Spanish Fork and I was born in the 1970s. I attended UVU, BYU, and Purdue. My most recent achievement is completing my masterâs degree in Facilities Management, and I am employed as a Facility Manager in Provo. My wife and kids are big fans of the outdoors and we love doing things like mountain biking, enjoying lakes and rivers, trying out watersports, going on hikes, playing pickleball, and so much more together.
