Located within The Enclave development, you'll only be a mile from the main Gondola at Steamboat Ski Resort. Take an easy ride on the free bus service (bus stop is located directly across the street) to reach a day of epic skiing and snowboarding. At the end of day, take the short bus ride home or make a five minute drive to the downtown area to enjoy the wide variety of restaurants and shops. During the warmer months, there is easy access to the community bike path system.

The premier location offers an end unit with lots of windows, natural light and beautiful mountain views. The first floor offers an open and airy living area, dining area, and kitchen. With hardwood floors throughout, plenty of seating, a stone fireplace, a large flat screen television with surround sound, a DVD player, and cable, it's the perfect space to enjoy the company of family and friends. Also on the first floor is the attached 2-car garage with easy access to the kitchen through a mud room. No scraping the snow off your windshield … and there's plenty of storage in the garage for all of your equipment and gear!

The kitchen includes a microwave, gas range, dishwasher, refrigerator, and granite countertops. (All new Samsung kitchen appliances recently installed.) It's fully stocked with everything you need to prepare and serve a meal. Or, if you'd prefer, feel free to enjoy any of the great restaurants and catering services available in the vicinity.

After a long day of skiing, biking, hiking, or just relaxing, feel free to curl up next to the fireplace or walk out the back door and across the street to enjoy a soak in the outdoor seasonal community hot tub.

When it's time to retire for the evening, retreat to one of the three bedrooms (each with its own ensuite bathroom) located on the second floor. Each of the two end bedrooms have a queen bed and plenty additional space to be able to relax and unwind. (The master bedroom includes a flat screen television.) The middle bedroom has two sets of twin-over-twin bunk beds … the perfect space for the kids to enjoy!

Steamboat is an amazing town at any time of the year. It is home to world-class skiing in the legendary “Champagne Powder” during the winter and some of the best hiking and mountain biking in the summer. No matter what time of year you visit, you'll enjoy a warm and welcoming atmosphere and be surrounded by some of the most beautiful mountain scenery in the world!
