The Space
This beautifully maintained 2-bedroom, 2-bath midrise home was thoughtfully designed to make your Florida Keys vacation effortless and relaxing. From the moment you walk inside, you'll be welcomed by bright coastal interiors, comfortable furnishings, and peaceful canal and ocean views that immediately set the tone for island living.
The fully equipped kitchen is stocked far beyond the basics and includes everything needed for cooking at home, entertaining, or preparing fresh seafood after a day on the water. Guests will enjoy premium kitchen extras including a Keurig coffee maker, Air fryer, Ninja blender, Rice cooker, and Spacious kitchen island with bar seating.
The open-concept living area offers comfortable seating, smart TVs, board games, and fun coastal touches throughout, including a charming starfish and seashell tic-tac-toe game that adds to the relaxed Keys atmosphere. The living room sofa also converts into a queen-size sleeper sofa for additional sleeping accommodations.
Step outside onto the covered waterfront porch and enjoy coffee at sunrise while watching boats head out for the day, or unwind in the evening with tropical breezes and beautiful open-water views.

The protected 60-foot-wide canal location near the canal entrance allows for quick and convenient access to both the Atlantic Ocean and Gulf waters, making this property ideal for fishing trips, snorkeling excursions, sandbar adventures, and sunset cruises
The private 35' dock can accommodate boats up to approximately 32 feet and includes numerous boating-friendly amenities including 16' boat whips, Mooring balls and tie-downs, Fish cleaning station, Dock hoses for rinsing boats and gear and a Swim ladder for easy canal access after kayaking or paddleboarding.
Additional outdoor amenities include a BBQ gas grill, Outdoor storage space for gear, Bait freezer located in the downstairs storage room, and Comfortable waterfront seating areas to enjoy the breezes and views.
Please Note: The bait freezer will need to be plugged in upon arrival if guests wish to use it.

Looe Key Reef, one of the Florida Keys' most famous snorkeling and diving destinations, is nearby, while Key West is only about 20 minutes away for additional shopping, nightlife, dining, and entertainment.

Signed rental agreement and copy of government-issued ID required within 24 hours of booking acceptance
Venture Out Registration Fee:
A separate $125 registration fee (subject to change) is collected directly by Venture Out upon arrival. Payment may be made by cash or credit card.
Parking Information:
Parking is limited to one vehicle per unit. The vehicle must fit fully in the driveway and may not extend into the road. The driveway measures approximately 22.5' long x 12' wide.. If your vehicle does not fit, you must request an overflow parking pass from the guard gate. Overflow parking is $5 per day, subject to availability (first come - first serve and is not guaranteed), limited to one overflow spot only, and has a maximum stay of 14 days.
Boat trailer overflow parking is also subject to availability: $5 per day for trailers under 20 feet and $10 per day for trailers over 25 feet.
If overflow parking is unavailable, if your trailer does not fit, or if you need more than one overflow spot, you must use an offsite parking option. For the most up-to-date availability and pricing, please reach out to the offsite companies directly.
