Les points faibles : Emplacement et exactitude de lâannonce
Thank you for extending your home to my small family. While the house was cozy and suitable for us, we faced several issues. The garbage can was full, making it difficult to manage trash. We also noticed a lot of foot traffic from the neighborhood, with concerns about drug activity next door. Additionally, a homeless individual used the yard water, and my daughter was bitten by a spider. Overall, I wouldnât recommend this place for women with children unless accompanied by a man or if youâre comfortable with the
To preface, VRBO placed this reservation on my behalf and paid for it in full. I still left and paid for my own accommodation elsewhere. Also, the host was very understanding and refunded me (well, VRBO, technically) without hesitation after I brought the issues to his attention.Pros: The unit is located a 2-5 minute drive to supermarkets and stores, which is convenient. The kitchen is relatively well stocked.Cons: The apartment was horrendously dirty at check-in. To the extent that it I'd be shocked to learn if it hadn't gone longer than a couple months without being cleaned. The house doesn't have central heat, which isn't a big deal for most of the year, but I was unlucky and stayed during a temperature drop in Fort Worth. The bathroom's tub leaks and water sprays everywhere. The toilet needed to be fixed after every use. This place has potential, but it needs significant TLC. VRBO shouldn't even permit it to be listed on their site until the owner proves they've conducted a DEEP clean. If you can get evidence that these issues were resolved, then I guess go for it, but I would not suggest spending excess of 40-50/night.
