Villa at 1406 is known for its size, location, and unique handpainted artwork throughout the house. It is within walking distance of the main downtown Tybee area and two blocks away from the beach. This property is the perfect spot for family reunions, bachelor and bachelorette trips, and family getaways. This is located on the south end of Tybee Island on the Tybee Bike route for those interested in biking the island. It is where you can relax and enjoy all your vacation needs. Some of the many activities you can do while staying at this property include, walking the beach, enjoying the water, searching for seashells, biking the island, and stargazing throughout the night.

This newly remodeled property comes with 7 outstanding bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, 2 half bathrooms, a well-equipped kitchen, entertaining game room, relaxing living room spaces, one large deck, one screened-in porch, and an enormous backyard. As soon as you enter the property, you will be greeted with handpainted artwork by Michele Snell. Our new game room, which includes a foosball table, shuffleboard table, and a large smart flat screen tv where you can watch television while participating in the games. The first floor also has one bedroom with a King bed and full bathroom, another smaller kids room with a set of bunk beds, the laundry room, and a half bathroom. There is a quaint kitchen area as well on the first floor.

The second floor of the property is the main common area, where two separate bedrooms, one full bathroom, a half bathroom, the kitchen, living room, and dining room are located. The first bedroom (Wave Room) consists of one queen bed with beautiful handpainted walls by Nancy Stern. The second room (All Hands on Deck Room) has two sets of bunk beds that can accommodate four people. There is one full bathroom connecting the Queen room and the room with the two sets of bunk beds. The second floor also has the second half bathroom for easier access to all the common areas.

Our kitchen includes an island with an electric stove, many cabinets for food supplies, a separate bar counter, and a variety of appliances. The appliances included in the kitchen are a Sub-Zero refrigerator and freezer, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, blender, stove, oven, and dishwasher. Whether the family and friends are gathered around the island or while food is being prepared, you can enjoy being a part of the group with our open floor plan. The dining area houses our 8 person dining table with a bar top providing 4 additional seats. Our living room area is relaxing and still allows you to feel a part of the group. The living room includes a large 80in tv with one standard couch, a pull-out couch, and a love seat.

The remaining rooms are located on the third floor. The first room is the main room (Main Room Top Floor) that includes a king bed, his and her bathroom, jacuzzi tub, and a walk-in shower. The second and third rooms are also handpainted by Nancy Stern. The first room (Garden Room) has a queen bed, a walk-in closet, and a full bathroom. The second room (The Beach Room) has two queen beds, two walk-in closets, and a full bathroom as well.

The property is located in the South end of Tybee Island, GA. Just walking distance from the downtown area of the island and also from the beach. The house is also on the Tybee Bike route, so it’s perfect for people that like to rent bikes and explore the island.
