Welcome to Crystal Mountain Lodge! This fabulous 5 bedroom home is located in the heart of Boone and can accommodate up to 14 guests, making it the perfect getaway retreat for you and your family!

This home features three bedrooms on the spacious main level, two with king beds, the other furnished with a queen. Upstairs find an open loft space furnished with a twin bed. Downstairs are two more bedrooms, one furnished with a king bed and the other with two sets of twin bunk beds plus a stand alone twin. These bedrooms will share a full bathroom in the hallway.

Other key features that make this home spectacular include the gourmet, well-stocked kitchen, the expansive deck area which offers multiple seating options, and last but not least, the fun game room on the lower level which includes a pool table (which coverts to a ping-pong table), an indoor basketball hoop, loads of board games, as well as a large sitting area that is perfect for family movie or game night!

When staying at Crystal Mountain Lodge, guests are welcome to use the Yonahlossee Racquet Club amenities for a small fee! Play tennis, use the workout facility, or swim a few laps in the pool (additional details below).

The towns of Boone and Blowing Rock are both less than 15 minutes away, making this location ideal to experience all that the High Country has to offer. Tucked in a quiet part of town, Crystal Mountain Lodge invites you to rest, relax, and simply take a break from the hustle and bustle of every day life.

Additional notes:
- CANCELLATION POLICY - Bookings canceled 30+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit. Bookings canceled between 15-29 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of the deposit. Bookings canceled within 14 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest. All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
- This home is pet friendly for up to two mature, well-trained dogs with a $25 per day, per dog fee. No dogs over 100 pounds.
- Enjoy access to Yonahlossee Resort amenities for a small fee! Guests must pay a $10 per day per person base fee to use the pool, gym, and game room. If more than 3 people, the base fee will be $25 for club use. To access outdoor tennis and pickleball courts, the fee is an additional $10 per person and is $20 per person for indoor tennis and pickleball courts.
- Firewood for the living room fireplace may be purchased at the time of booking or with a week's notice. You receive two wrapped, kiln-dried bundles and a fire starter for $25 plus tax per night.
- Guests returning to Crystal Mountain Lodge may receive a 10% discount off the rent, not to be stacked with other discounts
- The roads leading to this home are flat and easy to navigate however guests are responsible for winter weather preparedness including driving an AWD or 4WD vehicle during winter months.
- Check in is after 4pm and Check out is by 10am EST
- All BRMR homes offer well stocked kitchens with all utensils needed to cook meals. There is also a "starter set" of paper products at the house: a roll of toilet paper per bath, several garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. There are enough of these items for one night, or maybe two. We do not provide hair dryers. Towels and linens will be provided.
- Must electronically sign an additional Rental Agreement Terms and Conditions and any Neighborhood Rules sent by Host (property manager) or entry information cannot be sent.
- Must be at least 25 years old to reserve. This person is required to be the person signing the agreement and must be one of the persons staying in the property for the reserved dates.
- No smoking inside the home. No trace of smoking left outside the home.
- Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals. All trash must be bagged and placed in the trash receptacle indicated in the Welcome Book inside the house or your digital guidebook.
- No parties or gatherings above the posted occupancy allowed at any time. Keep outside noise respectable.
- Please note that the distances shown on VRBO's map feature are measured in a straight line rather than actual road travel distances and times. We cannot change their setting for this, and encourage all guests to independently verify distances to desired destinations.
