Whatever minor inconveniences we experienced during this stay was promptly addressed by John and his property management team. Kudos to Juilet for all of her help. We had a great stay.

We were in town for work and found this gem to stay in. Plenty of room for 3 people. All the amenities needed for a quiet stay. Neighborhood was decent and very quiet. Hot tub was clean and worked great. 5 star stay

Attractive, comfortable, and convenient

Very comfortable house that has been beautifully rehabbed. It has a convenient downstairs bedroom/bath. The location gives easy access to attractions such as the art and natural history museums, and the Rock & Roll Museum…both a short distance west on I-90. The pool is pristine and has an outdoor living room adjacent. The owner was extremely responsive to a couple of questions we had.

Weekend at the Lake

We chose this property for our granddaughter to enjoy the pool. There was an issue with the pool and they went above and beyond to make it possible for our granddaughter to enjoy the pool. I was extremely impressed to the prompt response we got to any. Questions we had before and during our stay. Wonderful people to deal with.

The actual property does not match the appealing photos shown! Do not rent this unkept, unclean, unappealing, and extremely overpriced property! First impression included grass that needed mowing, weeds around the front steps, debris in the yard, dirty front porch furniture, and a broken front door handle. Inside the home, floors were dirty, chip crumbs on the bed, cobwebs on light fixtures, air conditioning room units( yes, you read that right) were very noisy, furniture was rickety, and the basement was a fright! The posting stated the home had “modern” rooms and furnishings, but everything was old and very worn! One of the things that drew me to renting for a family weekend with grandchildren was the “pool, outdoor living area, and hot tub”. Well, we weren’t able to use the dirty hot tub or pool with the wrinkled pool liner and the broken ladder! The back yard was not “ well maintained” with high grass, weeds along all fencing, overgrown bushes and trees. The outdoor living area consisted of a very faded rug, faded cushions strewn about the seating, a couple of old grills, and random items scattered in the yard. We were NOT able to host family members at all for the weekend! The house and property DO NOT look like the listing and the price is EXTREMELY outrageous! Immediately after checking in, I contacted the host, Dan about the false advertisement of the home and property to ask for a refund, no luck! Stay away from this listing- you’ll be terribly disappointed!

We 3 ladies enjoyed our stay in this comfortable, updated home with a lot of natural light. While we couldn’t enjoy the impressive pool/patio we loved seeing deer and my son took advantage of the hot tub. I wouldn’t call the property private but the neighbors are friendly and certainly very quiet. Location is ideal, loved the garage! The upstairs bedroom/bath that share a door is not “large” and obviously not private. For renters during colder months the fireplace is decorative. We were able to adjust the temperature which is huge! This rental is the most stocked (Tp, coffee, soaps…) we have ever had. Beds and linens are great. By far the best about our stay is this house is CLEAN and the Host is as attentive as you will get.

The house was great, plenty of space for the 6 of us. We used the pool and hot tub everyday. Kitchen was stocked with good appliances. We were able to grill, bake and cook with provided cookware. The property was about 1/2 mile from Lake Erie where there was a park with a walking path, park and a pier. The neighborhood extremely quiet with lots of sidewalks for daily walks.
