- No additional overnight guests are allowed unless pre-approved by the host.
- No smoking inside or outside around the building premises.
- No parties, gatherings or loud music.
- No excessive noise between 10pm-9am.
- No shoes inside.
- No pets.
- Please turn off the lights, air conditioner or heat when you are leaving the apartment.
- All closets including the bedroom closet are locked and not for guest use or access.
- Keep the space clean and leave things as you've found them.
