The entire house is availabe for you to use except for the storage areas that are locked.
Landscaping to include back patio and gazebo should be complete by end of May 2025. This was delayed due to an unusually wet and cold spring in the area.

We've attempted to make this house as friendly to seniors and those with challenges with steps. Once inside, you'll find everything you need at ground level - kitchen, dining area, living area, laundry room, rear deck, 2 full bathrooms, and 3 bedrooms.
Each of the beds are outfitted with comfortable bedding, pillows and extra blankets to accommodate most sleeping styles. We also have extra bedding and pillows. In the downstairs bedroom, we have lots of sleeping capacity for large families/groups with two twin over twin bunk beds.
The upper and lower living rooms have plenty of comfortable seating capacity so that large groups/families can spread out and enjoy the two 65" Smart VIZIO HDTV's that are supported by the highest speed WIFI available in the area. We've also got a full size foosball table, a ping pong table and several board and card games and a large table to play with them.
The kitchen is fully stocked with all the popular utensils and cookware to include a crockpot, duo Keurig coffee maker with traditional coffee pot. Large initial stock of K-cups, sweeteners, and creamers to get you started before you hit the local grocery store. In the warmer months, there is a large propane grill on the backyard deck where you can grill and enjoy the amazing South Dakota sunsets over the Black Hills and the kids can enjoy the large back yard. There is development ongoing in the subdivision.

To ensure a comfortable and safe stay for everyone, we ask that you please observe the following rules:
Primary Guest: The person who makes the reservation must be staying at the property for the entire duration of the booking.
No Pets: Due to severe owner allergies, no pets or animals of any kind are allowed on the property, inside or out. A significant sanitization fee will be charged for violations.
No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited in the home and anywhere on the property. A $500 deodorizing fee may be applied if evidence of smoking is found.
No Parties: Parties and large gatherings are not permitted.
Quiet Hours: Please respect our neighbors by keeping noise to a minimum between 10 p.m. and 7 a.m.
Food and Drink: Please confine all eating and drinking to the kitchen and patio areas.
