Notre 13 étage appartement d'angle se trouve directement sur la plage de Luquillo. Sans route à traverser pour obtenir accès à la plage, tout simplement descendre les marches directement sur notre plage. Pour la gauche est La Pared l'un des meilleurs spots de surf de l'île, vers la droite est La Selva l'un des plus longs littoraux intacts / sous-développés dans l'ensemble de Puerto Rico. Ce complexe de bâtiments jumeaux fermée perché sur un rocher de granit qui domine la plage dont les vagues créer un son merveilleux car ils dissipent sur le sable. est sur place une salle de fitness, piscine, salle de jeux pour les enfants, d'un belvédère et bien plus encore. Le complexe offre 24 heures de sécurité et d'un parking au garage. L'unité a été décoré en utilisant uniquement les meilleurs meubles. Sur les 3 chambres dont deux ont des lits king et le 3e a un lit double sur toute la couchette avec un lit gigogne. Les chambres peuvent accueillir 8 personnes au total, 5 adultes et 3 enfants.

The views here are epic and just can’t be beat! The apartment met all of our needs, beds were super comfy, and easy drive anywhere we needed to go.

Thank you for the review. I receive a lot of comments about the condos central location. It is very close to a lot of activities. Also for some strange reason many people like the mattresses. I went with the more expense ones when I bought them. I like nice things.

Amazing view

The view from the balcony is amazing, and the beds are very comfortable. The pool was fun for the kids and the apartment was clean. Beach chairs, coolers, and towels were great to have Very enjoyable vacation.

Grand view with spectacular sunrises. Located in the neighborhoods of Loquillo. Lovely neighbors. Great pool.

Excellent condo. Just as described.

Our family, 3 generations, had a wonderful time here. The condo was clean and spacious with amazing ocean views. We loved exploring the little town of Luquillo. The condo's location was perfect for us. We were able to visit the rain forest for ziplining, Farjardo to kayak, and Old San Juan for a bit of history.

We are glad you had fun in Luquillo. There are many little spots to explore in Luquillo restaurants and surfing areas which our guests enjoy. Being directly on the beach affords our guests the ability to open the balcony doors and hear the waves crashing directly below. Thank you for staying with us.

We could only stay one night, but we will return if we can. Nice three bedroom place. Fantastic ocean views. We sat on the balcony for a couple hours in the evening. Owner was very helpful with detailed instructions sent to us upon booking and promptly responded to texts before and during our stay. No regrets at all.

Beautiful view

We enjoyed our stay here. The pictures are accurate on the site. The check in process was easy and Mark was very responsive. The building itself is fairly run down and the balcony roof leaks. The area around the property is run down with quite a few abandoned homes and a large population of feral cats.

I love this place. It is clean,accessible and reliable. I took my grandchildren here and they loved it. Everything that we needed for a family of 7 was available. The beds are comfortable and every room has air conditioning. We love this place and want to move in. The view from the balcony is oicture perfect and a dream for early wake ups.

It is beautiful on the beach.

Make sure you get the codes to get in the apartment otherwise make other arrangements plus make sure your phone will connect you need a service as in version, att, etc. The security personnel is very helpful. The neighbors are so sweet and have great tips!

Unfortuantely Michelle checked in after midnight and she no longer had the welcome email I send all my guests that has the security code in it. So I have since added it and other critical information to the sites welcome section. So the guests can call homeaway or reference it if need be.

Great location, comfortable apartment, secure building

The building is located at the end of a beautiful undeveloped beach, yet near interesting restaurants (the kioscos are fun!). The apartment itself is well-maintained, comfortable, has all the amenities, and is quiet except for the waves and the occasional rooster. We requested a second set of keys which were delivered right away by the local rep - prompt service very much appreciated. Old San Juan is 40 min away, and water activities in Fajardo about 20, not to mention the rain forest at El Yunque only 15 min away. Highly recommended!

Hi Hans, thank you for the honest review. One of the main draws of the condo that people do not fully appreciate until they get there is its central location to many of the tourist attractions that are very close as you noted. Review after review it is one of the main responses I get back. I like to have a choice of activities to go to while on vacation. I also like to listen to the waves as they crash along the beach. It is tranquil to me. But I do agree with you on the occasional rooster. Best regards, Mark

A diamond that lost its brightness

The view from the balcony is stunning , absolutely beautiful. Breath taking. Walk on beach very nice, but not a safe swimming beach more for surfing definitely not for small children. Beds comfortable. The condo is 40 years old and in need of many updates. No air conditioner in the common area, living room, dining kitchen area or hallway. Hallway leading to condo needs cleaning and windows since many are missing. Pool well maintained and clean Neighborhood loud, busy but felt very safe on condo grounds.

There is a new administration that is updating the complex. On my side one of my planned improvements for next year is to add an AC in the living room. This year I paid for my share of new elevators, added powerful new mini split AC's in the bedrooms and a new couch.

The inside property was OK. The condo complex is dated, and needs repair. The safety and security was a little sketchy. Our condo was entered while we were away by guests arriving at the wrong condo. Two condos have the same entry codes and same instructions. We did not feel safe knowing someone came in with our personal belongings out. There also was no security latch on the inside of the door to prevent entry when we were there. Very uneasy, and uncomfortable.

The bedding of one bedroom smelled like sweat which should be washed well or replaced. All the furniture in the bedrooms are too old and have bad smells. Some cushions have bad smell as well. The hot tub is too old and lost paint and the shower is leaking. The horrible thing is the elevator. When the elevator goes up, it keeps shaking and the screen showed 20 floors, when we actually reached out the 13th floor.

Reasonable price at a convenient location with awesome view

Mark was very responsive prior to and during our trip. He provided an information package that was so comprehensive that it felt a little overwhelming. We actually liked the neighborhood and enjoyed the drinks and food that we found nearby. The view from the balcony is beautiful and the walk along the beach is quite enjoyable as well.

Clean and Great View however somewhat Deceiving

What a great view from the balcony! The house was clean however didn’t smell very fresh. The check-in was easy even for our late arrival. The area is a little uncomfortable. Though the listing says it has air conditioning, it is only the bedrooms that does, not the kitchen or dining. The Owner called me late in the evening and disturbed me a bit. Overall the visit was alright with some room for improvement.

The listing specifically says in the description "AC's are only in the 3 bedrooms". It's in the description section at the bottom perhaps Jeffrey did not see it. I also send a welcome attachment out to each guest. Among other things It has instructions of how to get into the apartment. I then follow through and send a confirmation request through the site asking if the guest received it and if there is no response, I text them. If they still do not answer, then call them. I did not get any responses from Jeffrey, so decided to call and did so a couple of times and the last time he did pick up at 8:28 pm the night before. He said he received the attachment he said, "he had and early job tomorrow and would call me back the next day, but I never received that call.

The condo is alittle dated but the location was perfect and the owner was easy to work with. He was very accommodating! We would rent this place again.

Great location

Let me start by telling those that read this that I am a VRBO owner so I notice things that others may not. Yes, there are a lot of keys and a lot of instructions, but if you read them closely check in is not difficult. It may be a pain carrying around all the keys, but it sure does lead to a sense of security which is nice. The owner was super responsive and I helped out a bit by replacing light bulbs (the bulbs were there), washing the silverware holders, cleaning out all of the cabinets and running the dishwasher several times. I know first hand how hard it is to keep your vacation rental clean when you are not living near your investment! So, to the next renters, you are welcome and I do hope you think about those who come after you. There are 2 elevators in this building and 1 was inoperable during our stay and the 2nd broke with people stuck inside for 30 minutes and us carrying our luggage down the stairs 13 floors (well, the firemen helped by carrying our two heaviest bags). So, travel lightly just in case. The A/C units are portable and in each of the 3 bedrooms so make sure you turn them on about 30 minutes before bedtime so the rooms can cool. They did not run cool enough for me but with the addition of the ceiling fans it was fine. We cleaned all the A/C filters also and if the unit is not cooling well, take a look at the filters. I am not sure if there is an HOA but it did not look like it as other condos were in terrible disrepair with pigeons living on the balconies and units with no balconies because they had crumbled. There is everything you need here, just bring your clothes and food and you are all set!

After Catherine left I replaced the master bedroom AC with a more powerful one. Also I try to be fair and for things she did I let her stay essentially another day since she had a late flight.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

Direct Beach Front. The building sits on top of a large piece of granite jutting out into the ocean. The ground floor is 100 feet above sea level. There is always a breeze on the balcony where you can hear the waves crash hundreds of feet below. If you like to go for a walk you can walk for hours to the right of the property and see no one. It feels like you are shipwrecked on an island. Turn around and you can see waves for miles with a the rainforest as a back drop.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

Central location to many activities. We are right on the beach. The rainforest is right behind the building. Drive for 15 minutes and you are already in it. To the left is a surfers beach. I love the beach and watching the surfers. to the right is a nature preserve sea turtles nest in April. 10 minutes drive you are at the Fajardo. think Catamaran rides, Ferry to Culebra and or Viqueues. 5 minute drive you can go ATVing, ziplining, horse backing riding, Ko-carts, and then there is Luquillo beach. Then my favorite is of course Old San Juan. I go there each time.
