T-Town Bungalow - Book for 2024 Football Season!

Welcome to T-Town Bungalow!

T-Town Bungalow is a 2 bedroom 2 bath house (Queen, Queen, Twin-XL Chair Bed) with a fenced in backyard and wood-burning fire pit. Located just 3 miles East of the Stadium!

The Space:
The cozy living room has a 50 inch smart TV and plenty of board games! The kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary supplies.

The Bedrooms:
Bedroom 1: Queen Sized Bed with En-Suite Bathroom with tub shower.
Bedroom 2: Queen Sized Bed with access to hallway bathroom
Living Room: Twin XL chair bed that can be pulled out to sleep one person.

The Outdoor Space:
There is a fenced in backyard with a wood burning fire pit and covered seating outside. Play a game of Cornhole, or relax in a sun lounger out back! Please be aware that to access the fenced in yard, you must go through the side door, open the gate, and then get into the backyard. This is a pet friendly property, upon request. The pet fee must be added manually.

*All reservations made within 2 weeks of date of arrival are subject to require in person Government Issued ID verification.*

*Please be aware that upon booking, you will be required to sign the Bama Vacation Rentals Rules forms and photo ID verification directly with our property management company texting system called AKIA.*

*If your selected property offers the use of (trundle beds, upper bunks of bunk beds, roll-aways, futons, or flip sofas) these beds will not be made up in advance. Linens are provided and should be stored with these beds.*

*There are exterior security cameras located at the front and back of the property. These devices may not be tampered with, covered, or unplugged by guests.*

*For stays that are longer than 2 weeks, please be aware that you will be charged an additional cleaning fee. All properties are required to be cleaned and inspected every other week.*

*A maximum of two pets are allowed with a pet fee of $100 per pet. If you have additional pets, you must receive permission in writing from management and pay additional pet fees.*

*Be sure to enter the correct number of people to receive an accurate quote/price. Pricing varies based on the number of people.*
