Siesta in Spanish Springs

This is a perfect place to enjoy The Villages. It is located in the Village of Santo Domingo, which is close to two town squares (Lake Sumter Landing and Spanish Springs) where you can enjoy happy hour and live music every night (except Christmas), plus shopping and dining. We are within a 5-minute golf cart ride to three executive golf courses (El Diablo, El Santiago, De La Vista) and two championship courses (Hacienda Hills and Tierra Del Sol). You can also find several recreation centers nearby that offer swimming, tennis, pickleball, and numerous other activities.

This 3/2 Designer Pool home was recently redecorated and remodeled with granite countertops and new stainless steel appliances in the kitchen. Relax on the lanai and take a dip in the pool with a waterfall feature. Lounge on the sectional in the Florida Room and watch TV with a moveable mount that adjusts to practically any angle. Enjoy a great kitchen space with a large island and raised bar seating. The Master bedroom has a comfy queen bed and ensuite bathroom with a large walk-in shower. The Guest bedroom has a queen bed and the 3rd bedroom is set up as office space with a full-size pull-out couch. The Guest bathroom has a tub/shower combo. Pocket doors separate the Guest suite from the main living space. Use of a 4-seater golf cart is included with your stay.

Village ID's are not required for renters to occupy a home. However, if you would like to golf or use the recreation centers, you will need to have a Villages Identification Card. Your Villages ID will cost an additional $50 for up to 2 IDs (payable directly to The Villages). You must notify us ahead of time if you want to purchase these IDs.

Note that our pool is not heated. There are heated pools available at all recreation centers and are open to those with Villages IDs. Check out El Santiago or Cordoba pools, both located nearby.
