We loved staying in Becky and Darrenâs Trullo. Waking up to that view every morning was a dream. The pool was a particular highlight (both for size and cleanliness), especially for our 2 children, as there was a shallow end which was ideal for our 6 year old who is not yet a strong swimmer. Gorgeous outdoor sofa/kitchen area was a lovely, peaceful place to relax. The trullo itself is lovely and had everything we needed. We would definitely come back one day!
Stunning Trullo was everything we had hoped for, in a peaceful location with fabulous views from all areas. Very well equipped, spacious, comfortable and clean. Pool is exceptional. Perfect base for exploring Puglia. Good communication with the owners prior to visit and the management team whilst at the property. Fabulous!
Loved our holiday, the property, views, outside kitchen and living area. Pool is large and diving board an added bonus for teenagers. Chef meal was delicious. Enjoyed visiting the local towns, seeing the Trulli and swimming in the sea. Bedrooms are hot at night, even with fans going, but weather was very hot the week we went. Great sunrises with breakfast and a chill in the hammock in the afternoon - amazing. We would love to return if we get chance.
Dear Becky,
in recent years we (three couples) have been to several destinations around the Mediterranean Sea, but the holidays in your house were the most beautiful. We loved the great view in the morning, the huge pool and a glass of wine in the cool Lounge area. Everything was exactly as your pictures promised. Definitely one of the most beautiful places in Puglia. We highly recommend Trullo Giardino. Best wishes and many thanks to Sarah in Fasano.
We had a great time in the trullo
Very well equipped with beautiful decoration
Very nice Outdoor as well, very quiet and fresh.
The only negative point was the cleaning of the kitchen items I had to ask for vinegar to clean the nespresso coffee machine and the water boiler because of the limestone(old from months guess)impossible to make a coffee or to boil water
The dishwasher wasnât cleaned either
Hopefully the team Apuglia with Martino was a great help to solve the initial problems.
Trullo Giardino is a lovely property with views over olive groves to the coast and can be recommended. It is well situated for day trips to Polignano, Monopoli, Alberobello, Ostuni and beyond.
The trullo was clean and well equipped and comes with a large swimming pool and a terrace running the length of the property where we spent most of our time when not out and about.
Just one comment which is offered constructively, for the first week or so there were rain showers which in itself was not an issue for us, but the cushions in the lower seating area got soaking wet and a bit grubby from the dust that had accumulated on the sun awnings above them which are not waterproof (hence the 4 stars for cleanliness). Consequently we never enjoyed the benefit of the lower seating area. A storage area for the cushions in the event of rain and close to the lower seating area would have been ideal. The cushions are quite bulky and heavy when wet and carrying them up the stairs to store in the trullo was not really an option. However this did not spoil our holiday but perhaps itâs something for the owners to consider for the future.
A beautifully set out property with lots of outdoor space by the pool, dining and seating area and the terrace. A fabulous view across to the sea. The house is in a great area for visiting Puglia with lots of interesting towns and beaches to explore.
Unfortunately the house was not cleaned well before our arrival, no hot water & the outside lighting was tripping the electricity box, the dish washer didnât clean even after 2 washes, the outside kitchen was filthy. The management team should have dealt with these issues.
great location above Fasano. an incredibly large view on the coast.
House is equipped with performant WIFI.
Consider TV is of no use except for DVD watching.
Waching maching and dishwafer presents as well.
One point:
the terrain is made of several terraced grounds not adapted to disabled people.
the house is at level 0, level -1 is the open dining area and swimming pool is level -2
on level +1, there is another house which terrace is actually the roof of the house we rented
In case, the house above is hosting noisy people, it could be an issue.
I have to mention we didn't experienced that and were not much disturbed by the neighbors on top.
at the end, a very nice stay
The location is perfect to visit the region.
The house worked well for us and the swimming pool was the right size.
We had a great time and would recommend without any reservation.
Great service from start to finish. Great communication from owners leading up to stay and whilst we were there. Villa was very clean and had everything you could need for your vacation. Outside area was great for dining and pool area kept 2 x kids entertained for the duration of our stay. Lovely quality of towels and linens supplied and hand wash in bathrooms. Lovely restaurants locally in fasano or further afield in monopoli and savelletri. You will definitely need a hire car if staying here as nothing close enough to walk to but plenty of hire companies around. Great central location to base yourself to explore other towns. Recommend having the chef that you can book through the management company. Great evening trying traditional Italian dishes that the whole family enjoyed. Chef cooked for us in the outside kitchen whilst we watched the sun go down. Would love to go back and rent again. Many thanks Becky and Darren
There were six of us: two couples and two singles. The house was a perfect fit. The view is spectacular and the pool is so nice and relaxing I almost didnât want to go anywhere else. It was a perfect location from which to explore other parts of Puglia. It was a bit hot but a number of floor fans are provided and they cooled the place down quite nicely. I truly hope to return one day to this beautiful property. By the way, the gentleman who checked us in and out was super friendly gave us a great welcome.
Wij hebben genoten van het prachtige huis en zwembad met het geweldig uitzicht.
Tip: Een snijplank ontbrak.
WiFi werkte niet naar behoren.
Meer stoelen bij het zitje voor het
huis.
A lovely property nestled in the hills overlooking Fasano
A lovely property to spend a few days exploring the Puglian countryside. The Trulli have been beautifully done and the views are great. The greeting and leaving at the property with Graham was excellently done. Thank you.
The house is very nice and has a comfortable patio area with an outdoor kitchen and large table. The view of the sea and olive orchards below the house is lovely. The owners and mangers were very responsive. I would recommended staying at this house as a base to see the surrounding towns (Alberobello, Locorotondo, Martina Franca,
etc.)
The property is in a fantastic location with great views, loved the warm breeze flowing through the villa. The pool space was amazing again with great views...loved the barbecue area, the kitchen area was very useful and again very well supplied with utensils... we loved staying at the villa and would visit again.. we would definitely recommend this villa as a base for your visit to the lovely region of Puglia ..
We stayed here as a couple with a toddler and everything was just wonderful! The trullo is spacious and renovated beautifully and provides everything you will need. The setting is just lovely and the views are spectacular. Unfortunately i can't comment on the pool as the weather sadly wasn't warm enough for us to use it!
Becky was extremely accommodating as a host and provided everything we needed for our stay, as well as additional extras for the toddler.
I would definitely recommend a stay here!
Absolutely beautiful Trullo and stunning location with fantastic views out to sea. We were greeted on our arrival by the lovely Sarah and Nick with a very thoughtful (and appreciated) welcome pack of delicious biscuits and food (and more importantly wine!), the villa was very clean and well appointed with everything you will need. It is so relaxing there we spent most of our week by the pool or in the outside living area, its a great place to switch off! But there are plenty of wonderful towns close by to visit in the evening and remember they eat very late in Italy with the restaurants not getting busy until after 8pm. The great space was almost wasted on just the 2 of us, we would highly recommend it for a family or group.

Wonderful location overlooking the coastal plain
In the countryside 2km northwest of Fasano, the location was ideal for our family holiday, through winding lanes and among the olive groves. With an excellent elevated position above the plain, there is a splendid quietness from normal life and at night the skies almost blossom with stars despite the distant lights of the town and main roads which keep a sense of reality. Watching the dawn over the Adriatic was wonderful. Even when there was a night-time thunderstorm way out over the sea it was a spectacular watch.
Access to the towns of the Valle d'Itria and Bassa Murgia is easy and enjoyable and the SS16/E55 main road along the coast makes driving very manageable to more distant locations. Within 30/40 minutes or less, we visited the centri storici of Alberobello, Locorontondo, Martina Franca, Cisternino, as well as Savelletri on the coast and further field Ostuni and Lecce. Our younger son and his girlfriend also visited the Zoosafari a few kilometres away and they really enjoyed it.
The trullo has been attractively modernised and has a comfortable relaxed feel and we especially enjoyed the open lounge/dining area with its bbq and kitchen below the terrace for lunch and dinner. The rooms are clean, bright, simple and easy to look after/keep tidy, with good quality furniture and facilities and provided space for us 6 adults to enjoy independently or together.
The pool and its surrounds are a delightful space below the trullo for just lazing and soaking up the sun - we didn't want to be in the cars all the time but that is the advantage - it is easy to swan off for lunch or dinner in one of the local towns, if eating out is preferred. The flexibility available is fantastic.
The trullo was clean and well maintained, with regular visits by the pool man and access to the managers was straightforward although we didn't need to ask for much after the initial reception. If there is something that might be considered - air cooling units in the rooms - at night time with doors closed to keep out unwanted visitors and insects it does get a little hot and stuffy. Once the doors can be flung open, it is fine, a pleasant breeze with dappled shade under the terrace loggia.
We would certainly recommend it for a family stay.

Nice property but maintenance and upkeep is problematic
The property is nice and generally accurate to what is shown in the pictures. However, the upkeep was lacking and really not up to par with what you would expect at this price point. When we arrived at the property, the interior power in the house was out and this had gone unnoticed or unmentioned by the cleaners who were said to have been there earlier in the day. (The house wasn't as clean as I would have expected with cleaners just having been there so maybe the lack of power explains that part.) Fixing the power issue required an electrician to come out to the property. They were able get this done later in the day (a Sunday) which was great. During our stay, the hot water went out twice. It was still out when we left. Some issue with the water heater that re-occurred even after the electrician came out again. I believe we had hot water for a total of 3 days out of 6 we were there. The property has a nice pool but had dirt and leaves at the bottom. I was told that there used to be one of those vacuum robots that keeps the pool clean but someone stole it and it was never replaced. Similarly, the pole and net used to skim the top of the pool clean was broken and nobody had noticed. Bottom line is that the property was nice but it's not worth having to deal with all of the maintenance issues when you're there to enjoy a holiday.
This gorgeous, well thought out property, ticks so many boxes its hard to fault. Set on a tranquil hill overlooking Fasano, the panoramic view is simply stunning whatever the time of day or weather. The facilities on the property are second to none and the location is just fantastic. So many villages/towns/beaches within a 30 minute radius in all directions. I would definitely recommend for couples/friends and families. We stayed as 5 adults comfortably - I would definitely go back! Thank you x
