Great host and property! Had a few minor questions throughout the stay, and Adele always quickly responded and was so pleasant to work with. 3 bedrooms so close to ocean that you hear the waves all night long. Lots of space and multiple TV’s if needed for a larger group. The guesthouse was perfect for our group of teenagers with fun beach decor, separate bathroom, and a lot of space. AC is every room was great so different preferences within our large group.

The house was just like the pictures. The check in was flawless. The contact person(manager) was VERY helpful and responsive. Liked the security gating. Everything from toiletries to spices were available which was nice to have. The hot tub was not working at the time ( disappointed) but the owner was very willing to work with us on that. Beach front was awesome. The neighbors were rude but we just ignored them. Would have been 5 stars but hot tub not working got it a 4 star.

The location of the house is spectacular. The photos are accurate of how the ocean is just a few steps from the yard, and you can hear the waves all night. Amazing. Adele was very quick to respond to texts and super friendly. The house is lovely and the studio is great for remote work. A few aspects of the interior were a little worn, but inconsequential and didn’t bother us — plus the house was super clean. The primary bedroom and bath and walk in shower are new and beautiful. Being able to stay in a residential neighborhood in Waialua is unique and we felt it a privileged to be there and important to respect the house and residents around us and in town.

We stayed at this beautiful property for a week in February. Very quiet neighborhood. Loved that you can see the beach from the back yard. Great place to stay for a relaxing vacation and just a short drive to shopping, restaurants and other attractions.

Wonderful North Shore House

House is located in a small neighborhood on the North Shore. Would a million times stay here again. The host and manager were very responsive and helpful.

Everything was just amazing! Check in/unlocking the house was easy. House is right on the beach and it was so lovely, relaxing and quiet. Kitchen had everything we needed to make some epic dinners! Master suite so comfy, gorgeous master bathroom! Hosts very responsive and always ready to answer questions. My family is already talking about when we can return!

great vacation home

My husband and I, in addition to our daughter and son-in-law, were visiting our son who is stationed in Hawaii. This house was very comfortable, and being right beside the beach was perfect. The property manager is easy to reach and very attentive to questions. We highly recommend this property.

Absolutely perfect North Shore location. The most chill. Close to lots of great food, coffee, and beaches. The home is well appointed with plenty of linens (both home and beach towels) and kitchen equipment. Very clean. The whole stay was just a dream. 10/10 for book again. Both the house manager and the owner were very responsive and helpful

First off can’t beat being literally beachside and have plenty of supermarkets, gas stations and other beaches within 6 to 15 minutes away driving. For our first time couldn’t ask for a better spot. Mahalo

This was a great house for our visit to the North Shore for a wedding. Quiet neighborhood. The cottage was a great quiet space for the baby. The property manager was amazing! Always responding to any questions I had very quickly!

Family of 10 and we had plenty of room. Just far enough outside of downtown so it was a great location. We enjoyed the hot tub in the evenings and the beach just steps out the door. Nice having TV, WiFi, in every room. Very clean with comfortable beds and fresh linens and towels. Room kitchen to prepare meals. All rooms had ocean view except the little back house which is where the kids stayed with their mom n dad. Secure property with remote gated access. Two carports with an area to store all the beach toys. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend to others. Mahalo

Amazing location!

My wife and I, along with our 4 kids stayed for a week. This spot was perfect! We love the north shore due to its slower/quieter pace…and this place fit that perfectly. The back yard was lovely and just a few feet away from a nice clean beach. The air conditioning units in each room was a huge bonus! Communication with the owner and manager was easy and convenient. We felt safe in the home. It was clean and had everything we needed. Can’t wait to come back again!

Wonderful venue!

We loved the sound of the waves and being right on the beach. Every morning, we watched the sunrise and played in the ocean. Everything was so very beautiful! The check in and welcome was superb and was so accommodating. I would indicate that the lack of an indoor table was a drawback as eating together and playing games is important and the only table is outside. However, the surroundings, the location and the beach opportunities are fantastic!

Pros: The location right on the beach is amazing, you practically get your own private beach. The house was spacious and was very comfortable for our family of 5. The appliances were modern and worked well. Each bedroom had glass sliding doors for easy outdoor access and ocean view. Large driveway and we felt safe on the property. The master bedroom and bathroom is newly renovated and beautiful. The house manager, Adele, was very easy to communicate with. Cons: Every room in the house was slightly dirty, in particular under the beds and on the ceiling. The main bathroom bathtub in the house was very moldy and stained, the wall behind the kitchen sink was also moldy. Not enough dishes - only 4 bowls for up to 10 guests is not enough. Too reliant on guests for leaving beach equipment and spices for future guest use.

This location was an easy drive to everywhere we wanted to go and we loved being able to access the beach anytime wanted. BEWARE: Owner puts fees on everything from AC to internet access

The property manager was awesome to communicate with prior to our stay, about any issues we had during our stay, and even helped ship items we had left at the house after our stay. Couldnt be more appreciative for her help! The backyard and beach was amazing and so beautiful. The house itself had some issues: the gate keypad struggled a couple times, one of the dryers was broken and the laundry set up in general was a little odd to us, half the stove didn’t work, the separate room bathroom wouldnt drain at all and the ac in there wasn’t strong enough, and the guest bath tub was kind of stained so it was a little dirty looking. Overall it was worth it for having an amazing secluded beach in our backyard and we enjoyed having proximity to other north shore beaches.

Amazing Stay at North Shore!

We stayed up here for a week for my daughter’s graduation from UH. I could not do the Waikiki Beach or Manoa Valley stays again. Too busy, with too much traffic. This property has direct each access for privacy, calm, and enjoyment. Very clean, as well. You could be down in the hustle and bustle for a bit, but then return for a quiet evening. Truly amazing. There were plenty of beach towels, great AC for the evening sleeping, and lots of appliances/dishes, etc. That you would need at home. Definite 10.

Check in was smooth. I was advised a dryer and 2 burners were not working. Jacuzzi was not clean and there was no bedding for our 9 th guest. House was on a wonderful almost deserted beach with easy access. I called Adele and she provided bedding and said Jacuzzi cleaner was coming the next day. WiFi access easy, gate and door locks had codes to unlock with no problem. Coffee maker and blender worked well. Barely any beach equipment. Air conditioners worked well.Need new flexible hoses. No insect problems. Lighting in kitchen and bedroom too low. Tv in living room worked well.
