I am reaching out regarding several issues that occurred during my recent fourânight stay at your property, which I booked through Vrbo. I had requested parking in advance because I was traveling with my sister, who uses a walker, and having a guaranteed parking space was essential. When we arrived, there was no parking spot available. I contacted you immediately and was told that I had not paid for parking, even though no instructions on how to pay had been provided. I was told a spot would be available the next day. When I called the following day to provide my information, I was asked to pay in cash, and only after questioning this was I sent a payment link.Later in the stay, after leaving the property and returning, our parking spot was again unavailable. I notified you right away, but four hours passed without resolution. It was only after a second call that a car was moved. Another guest mentioned experiencing the same issue. Given that the property has four units and four parking spaces, guests who pay for parking should not have to repeatedly contact the host to access the spot they reserved.I also reported that the bedroom TV did not have a remote. Someone came with several remotes, but none of them worked, and I did not receive any followâup afterward.These issues caused significant inconvenience during our stay, especially considering my sisterâs mobility needs.
