This inviting two-story, three-bedroom, two-and-a-half-bathroom townhouse comfortably sleeps 10 across one king-sized bed, one queen bed, an extra-long twin-over-queen bunk with a trundle, and a queen sleeper sofa.
The living area features a gas fireplace, a large flat-screen TV, and a wall of windows that flood the space with natural light, offering stunning views of the treed surroundings. Vaulted ceilings enhance the spaciousness, while cozy furniture provides ample seating for your entire group. The sofa easily converts into a queen-sized bed for additional sleeping space, if needed. For added entertainment, the homeowners have thoughtfully stocked the home with a variety of games.
Step outside to the expansive deck, complete with outdoor seating, where you can take in the serene mountain and tree-lined views. Just behind the townhome, you'll find the oversized Ski Tip hot tub—perfect for unwinding after a day of adventure.
The full-sized kitchen is stocked with all the essential cookware and tableware a chef would want. Creating memorable meals is easy with the updated stainless steel appliances and the ample granite countertop space. The dining area features an oversized rustic table that seats eight, with three additional seats at the breakfast bar.
The entryway includes a closet, bench, cubbies, and hooks—perfect for unloading and storing gear, as well as getting ready for the day’s adventures. A convenient half-bath is also located on the main floor for guests' use.
All three bedrooms are located upstairs. The spacious primary bedroom includes a new king-size bed, a flat-screen TV, and a window seat with beautiful views. The newly remodeled ensuite bathroom features dual sinks, built-in cabinetry, a large glass-enclosed shower, and radiant floor heating.
The first guest bedroom includes a new queen bed and vaulted ceiling, while the second guest bedroom features a brand-new twin-over-queen bunk bed with a trundle and vaulted ceiling. A newly remodeled shared bathroom in the hallway offers a shower and bathtub combination. The convenient laundry area, equipped with a washer and dryer, is also located upstairs.
The townhouse includes a private one-car garage with additional space for sports gear. All bathrooms are stocked with fresh towels and an initial supply of toiletries. Laundry detergent and hot tub towels are provided for added ease. Extra sheets and blankets are available for all beds, including the pullout sofa, ensuring a comfortable stay for everyone.

This property is professionally managed for the owner by Summit County Mountain Retreats. We are guest oriented, and we offer the following when you rent with us: hassle-free check-in and keycard pick-up, a generous supply of towels and an initial supply of consumables for your stay. We are also in the resort and have the longest business hours of any management company.
VACATION RENTALS VS. HOTELS
Booking a vacation rental is like staying at the house of a friend. In this vacation rental you will experience significantly more space, privacy, or comforts that feel like home, including a kitchen and a location that is beyond what most hotels can offer. All this at a significantly lower cost than a hotel with comparable features. These benefits bring different considerations than a hotel. More privacy means that most guests do not want daily housekeeping. We offer a check-out clean and, for an added fee, mid-stay cleans. We also offer a starter supply of some consumables, including coffee, paper towels, toilet paper and more, but these items are not restocked during a stay. A kitchen allows you to make home-cooked meals. Guests will likely visit the store to purchase groceries. Self-sufficiency is key to a happy stay in a vacation rental. We do provide housekeeping and 24/7 maintenance, but this is primarily for properties in between stays. Our staff services vacation rentals across several square miles, unlike a hotel that manages a single building. We have to strike a balance between cost and service, and have found that our current system has struck this balance. Our hope is that our guests understand the difference between booking a hotel and a vacation rental. Together we can provide affordable vacation rentals and happy stays for everyone!
