The Grey Escape is thoughtfully designed to blend cozy forest charm with a clean, modern style. Set on a spacious private lot, this cabin offers three king bedrooms, a bunk loft, and plenty of room to gather and relax—perfect for 1–3 families and accommodating up to 10 guests.
Located less than a mile from ATV/UTV trails and just 10 minutes from Hochatown's restaurants, wineries, and attractions, The Grey Escape makes a perfect year-round getaway. Watch the big game on one of the cabin's five Smart HDTVs (with YouTube TV) while relaxing by the breezeway fireplace in the fall, roast marshmallows under the stars in winter, or cool off at Broken Bow Lake and Beavers Bend State Park in the summer before heading back to recharge.

Beautiful Property

The house had plenty of space for both adults and kids. The big yard allowed the kids to run around while the adults enjoyed the fire pit. Some mornings we were even able to watch the deer in the backyard woods. Definitely a great place to relax and very freindly and accessible staff.

We stayed during Christmas and it was a great escape!

We stayed during Christmas 2022 and there was freezing temps. The town near us lost power and some places lost water. We didn’t have any issues affect us but the property manager communicated quickly and went above and beyond our expectations. This was a great place for my family and we loved the separate spaces to escape the young kiddos that came with us 😃would absolutely stay here again!!

Perfect!

This home is clean and perfect for families. It provides 3 private rooms with bathrooms along with a kids bunk loft! The location is about 7 miles from the heart of Hochatown but gorgeous and surrounded by trees. By far one of our favorite homes we have stayed in.

Wonderful experience

This property was fantastic. It was perfect for our family vacation. We have 2 grown, married daughters who each have a baby. Everyone had their own space, and we had great shared space, as well! There is only one negative thing to mention and that is the road to get to the property. It was particularly terrible and in need of repair. It is the only thing keeping this review from being 100% perfection.

Cute little spot!

Love the set up of the house with several master suites. Fun spot to hang with several couples for the weekend. We did have some issues with heating and never really had working heat but luckily it was pretty mild weather and didn’t affect us too much.

The layout was different with the split rooms but it was really nice and private for that reason. The beds were super comfy. The management was fantastic to work with when we had questions. I would absolutely stay here again! The drive from the Local259 market area wasn't that far really as the cabin is about 9 minutes north of that area. The drive is absolutely stunning in the fall. Dont miss out on a great cabin!

Great place

We had such a great time here at the cabin. I have stayed at several beautiful cabins in the area and this cabin was just as lovely. What really sets this cabin apart from the others are the small details. The cabin was so well stocked and thought out. We had everything we needed and more. The cabin sits on a beautiful lot surrounded by large trees. The trees are an important detail for me and this cabin did not disappoint. The road to get to the cabin is rough but certainly doable. The neighborhood is still new and under construction. I suspect the roads will be improved with time. Although the neighborhood still has construction occurring, the cabins are far enough apart that I didn’t hear any construction noise. Overall it was a great week for my family and I.

Family Forest Adventure

We had a magnificent family time at this quiet, end of the dirt road oasis. We loved the surrounding forest and the layout was perfect for our active kiddos. We felt like we could always be present whether the kids were playing out front or back w the deck being in the middle of the property. The hosts were super helpful and responsive, I couldn’t recommend marshmallow memories more. The peaceful seclusion and situated next to the OHV trails was just what we were looking for to reconnect with Gods great nature!
