Superbe Pool Home 1/2 Mile à pied de Disney

Jolie maison de piscine parfaite pour 2 familles. Un maître-roi et reine chambres de maître avec sur-suites. Deux chambres pour enfants, l'une avec lit superposé complet et l'autre avec lit superposé simple. Il y a aussi un joli petit lit d'enfant situé dans l'une des chambres des enfants. La chambre des deux enfants partage la salle de bain du couloir. Toutes les chambres disposent d'une télévision à écran plasma 43 'avec câble. Plancher en bois stratifié dans toute la maison.

Cuisine améliorée avec comptoirs en granit et appareils en acier inoxydable: cuisinière / four, micro-ondes, réfrigérateur et lave-vaisselle. Coin cuisine, salle à manger et salon partiellement ouverts. Le salon principal dispose d'une télévision à écran plasma de 51 'et d'un lecteur Blue-Ray / DVD. La maison a Internet haute vitesse sans fil et un service téléphonique national gratuit. La maison a le chauffage central et la climatisation.

La salle de jeux est située juste à côté du coin cuisine et comprend une télévision à écran plasma de 51 pieds, un ping-pong, l'air hockey et des jouets. Laveuse et sécheuse pour les clients avec poussettes, chaise haute. pack n 'play et rehausseur pour nourrissons et jeunes enfants. Un matelas pneumatique queen-size est disponible à la maison pour une literie supplémentaire.

Cour arrière a une belle piscine, barbecue en plein air au gaz naturel, ensemble de patio et chaises supplémentaires. Tous les meubles et les meubles sont neufs à partir d'avril 2012. We LOVED the pool and how close it was to Disney! The appliances seemed to work very slowly, especially the dryer needed more than one cycle to get towels dry.

Beautiful home. Needs better internet.

This is a beautiful home. It was the cleanest rental we've ever stayed in. Rhe neighborhood was great. The biggest issue we had was the wifi. It would kick us off and there wasn't enough strength for all of our devices. Extensions for the wifi in a few rooms would have helped. I also do not believe the pool was heated. I've been in heated outdoor pools. This was cold even with full sun and the days were hot while we were there.The walk to Disneyland is long with kids. We thought to late to drive to Disneyland, walk back for lunch, then walk back to Disneyland and then drive back at the end of a long day standing and walking. We never used the the pool table or ping pong table, but they looked to be in good condition. It was very helpful to have strollers. We didn't have enough room to bring one. Lol! I would recommend this home for a stay in Anaheim.

Great house with pool & near Disneyland

Had a great overall experience! We were a group of 7 including kids and had plenty of space. We spent 3 days at Disneyland during our trip and liked how close we were. We tried walking to the park but it was a little over a mile and found it was easier to drive and park in the garage and use their tram service. As for the house, the only area needing some repairs was the kitchen. There was a floor tile that was cracked so tried to avoid stepping on that. We also found it a bit tacky the few signs throughout the house threatening that if you did something wrong noted on the sigh you would get charged the dollar amount noted on the sign. I guess not everyone knows how to respect someone’s property. We did find the door alarm going out to the pool was a bit annoying. It probably went off a few plus times. We had a great vacation and thank you for letting us stay at your place!!!!

It is an older home with ample beds. The pool and spa are good. It's a longer walk to Disneyland so we took a UBER or LYFT to downtown Disney and walked in. A 9 ride.The showers have low water pressure so be aware. Overall I would stay again but knowing it is a bit tired

Good stay

We had to check in super late in the evening and it was very simple and straightforward. The layout of the house was excellent and the beds were wonderful. We found a few minor cleaning issues, but overall it was well kept. The house has had some updates here and there throughout, but it could really use some updating in the kitchen. Some of the drawers didn’t work quite right and the insides of drawers and cabinets could use a good clean. Checkout was easy and communication with the owner was great. We utilized the grocery service and that was top notch and so worth it. We would stay again because of the layout of the house and the location to Disney. We took an Uber each time to and from the parks and it cost roughly 11. Overall good.

Very happy with my stay. The rooms were perfect and the house was in great shape. Very easy to get to Disney (walk or uber). The strollers on hand were great!

Nice home within thirty-minute walk of Disneyland.

Clean. Good kitchen. Nice to have four bedrooms and three bathrooms. Good closet space. Nice family room and dining area. Large master bedroom. Enjoyed the swimming pool and game room!

Great Disneyland place to stay

We had a great stay and would definitely book again. The only minor complaint, and I mean very minor is that the place could use a little sprucing up. Other than that, it was perfect.

Great location for disney

We loved the property. Great location for family vacation at disneyland. We had one small issue with the heater, told the maintenance and this fixed within the hour. Great response.

Close to disney

Close to parks, but too far to walk for sure. Our stay was fine, house and area are not 5 star nice, but nothing wrong overall. Mattress in second master not comfortable would be only down side. We had everything we needed and had a nice stay.

Perfect for what we needed

The house was clean, roomy and would be an amazing place for multi-family to use. The bunk rooms had plenty of room, close proximity to Disney, and a nice back yard area with pool!

Perfect for Family

We enjoyed our stay and the house was great. Perfect for families wanting to spend some time at Disneyland. It was close proximity to the park but you have to walk more then a 1/2 mile to get to the park due to roads and accessible sidewalks. The house was clean but there were some maintenance items that we would like to have taken care of before we arrived. Otherwise, I would recommend this property to anyone who is planning a trip to California.

Cute and clean!

I felt really comfortable at this house! The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of blankets to snuggle up on the sofa. Only complaint was that back door alarm was slightly traumatizing and to have to remember to push a button before opening the door (and having only 10 seconds to close it) was no fun but I understand it’s a safety feature. I would definitely say here again though!!

Perfect for a Family

The check-in process was easy, and stress free. It is within walking distance of Disneyland park, but about 1 mile door to door. The pool was a little too cold to swim in, but was relaxing to be near. One of the patio chairs were not usable, and the Motion Sensor at the back sliding door went off about 8-10 times a night due to a neighbors cat. If you stay in the lower master the light is very bright and will shine through the windows/sliding glass door. My kids loved the bunk beds and toddler bed. The game room was also a huge hit with my older kids. Overall we would stay here again, taking into consideration who is in the lower master.

Beautiful home close to Disneyland

Worked perfect for our group. Ran into a couple maintenance issues but the maintenance manager was very responsive and got someone out to fix the issue promptly. Would definitely stay again!

Just okay

The house was remodeled a long time ago and could use a refresher. The tiles on the kitchen floor are loose and my son cut his toe on one of the broken tiles. It was clean but kinda rundown. Pool was great. Location to Disney is perfect but we’ve stayed at nicer homes in the area for the same price. Check in and communication was easy.

Anaheim Stay

My family of 7 adults stayed at the house for a week of Disney/Universal. It easily fit all of us, and that is saying something as most of us are over 6 feet tall. (Two slept diagonally in bunk beds and one on the couch) It's within walking distance of the disney parks although we ended up driving a couple days to save our legs. House was clean and well kept if a little "well-used". Kitchen was well equipped and we usually fixed dinner there each night. (Wish I'd brought some waffle mix and we'd have used the waffle iron for breakfast) Best part was the pool. It was like a little oasis. Great for soaking feet after a day in the parks or just splashing about. We did have an issue with the washer at one point, but called the property manager and he had someone out the next day. Also, we used the Bellhopt service and the house was stocked with food the day we arrived. So much better than going to a store after a long days travel. Really enjoyed our stay and have already recommended it to friends.
