This cozy 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom rental is perfect for families or small groups seeking a comfortable and convenient home away from home. With a king bed in one room and a queen bed in the other, plus a queen-size pullout couch, there's plenty of space for everyone to relax and enjoy their stay.
The Space:
Our duplex offers everything you need for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. The master bedroom features a luxurious king bed, while the second bedroom boasts a comfortable queen bed. Each bedroom is equipped with a Roku TV and luggage racks for your convenience. The living room also has a Roku TV and a queen-size pullout couch, perfect for additional guests.
The fully stocked kitchen includes all the essentials: cookware, bakeware, seasoning, oil, vinegar, and coffee supplies.
Enjoy the convenience of a washer and dryer, an iron and ironing board.
We use Beekman 1802 shampoo, conditioner, and body soap in both bathrooms.
Outside, you'll find a garage, a screened in patio with a ping pong table and tv for some family fun.
Guest Access:
Guests have full access to our side of the duplex, including the garage and screened in porch. Feel free to use all the amenities provided to make your stay as comfortable as possible.
The Neighborhood:
We are located in a friendly and quiet neighborhood in Statesboro, GA. You'll be close to local attractions, shopping, and dining options, making it easy to explore and enjoy everything the area has to offer.
Getting Around:
Having a car is recommended for getting around Statesboro and the surrounding areas. The home includes a garage for parking, and there is additional parking available in our driveway.
