*NEW Statesboro Stay* Located in the heart of downtown Statesboro, this charming 1950's bungalow sits less than two miles from GSU campus and has all the comforts of home! Boro Bungalow features two bedrooms, one full bath with tub/shower, fully stocked kitchen, dining room and living space. The master bedroom hosts a king bed and spacious closet. Guest bedroom hosts a queen bed. Both beds have BRAND NEW mattresses. Clean and well appointed, home includes washer and dryer, porch and a firepit.

My friend and I had a wonderful three night stay. The cottage had everything we needed and was so comfortable. Plenty of space to sit and talk both inside and outside. A very quiet neighborhood perfect for early morning and evening walks, even in the July heat. The hosts were very responsive to questions and offered wonderful dining recommendations. If you are looking for a place that feels like home, this is perfect!

Exactly as described! Great house in the Boro!

New to renting VRBO properties, and glad I did. Great location! Loved how close the property was to downtown Statesboro and Georgia Southern University. Host was available and house was very clean. If you are looking for a house to rent for the week or weekend, and don’t mind a short drive to GSU events, this is the house for you. Will definitely stay again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit! The property is immaculate and well appointed. It is apparent that a great deal of thought went into all features of the bungalow. We hope to return!

Cozy Bungalow with big backyard

The Boro Bungalow was the perfect spot for my husband & me! We were in town to visit our daughter & attend the Cole Swindell concert. We loved being close to Gnats, Aura, Bull & Barrel & DelSur. The concert venue was a short drive too. I loved relaxing on the back porch with a cup of coffee in the morning. The beds were comfy as were the pillows.

Darling bungalow, thoughtful hosts

The home was so cute with so many thoughtful touches. You can tell the hosts want to make you feel comfy and at home. Artwork, plants, books to borrow, games, well equipped kitchen, and everything you need for coffee in the morning. Highly recommend!

Loved this place!

What a nice little cottage! We used a local hotel in town on several occasions and wanted something more comfortable and quiet so we tried the Cottage in the Boro and we are so glad that we did! It is nicely decorated, clean, easy to get to and still has a close proximity to everything we needed and wanted to see. Will definitely go back!

Great first experience!

Perfect for our family of four! Great accommodations. We enjoyed the outdoor fire pit and large backyard for our boys to throw the football! Everything you would need for a comfortable stay! Smart TVs, quick internet access, comfortable beds, great kitchen setup, and the hosts are easy to communicate with! It was our first time doing a VRBO and they made it really easy for us! Definitely on our list for when we visit family again!

Great get away.

Lovely property, beds were amazing after a long days, and has everything you need. All the TV’s are smart TV high speed internet in a very quiet neighborhood. Just wish they had recycling at the house. There was a small incident at the house prior to our arrival, they did an amazing job of notifying us and everything was good when we got there. Would definitely stay here again.

Exactly as Advertised

The house was exactly as pictured. Comfortable beds, clean, soft towels and sheets and a quiet neighborhood. Very close to GSU and convenient to the rest of Statesboro. We had no problems and enjoyed our stay.
