Nestled at the end of the building, the home boasts soaring windows that frame gorgeous views of lush greenery. Step out to the private patio and take in the soothing sounds of Alder Creek bubbling past. The home features four levels of living space, providing ample room for your group to spread out. The living room, dining room, and well-equipped kitchen blend seamlessly. Sink into the comfortable couch by the fire, prepare delicious meals in the beautifully updated kitchen, and gather around the 4-person dining table. When you are ready to tuck in for the night, you'll find the first 2 bedrooms on the second floor. The second bedroom features a queen bed, with both rooms offering a closet and dresser. A full bathroom is also on this floor, complete with a bathtub/shower combo and a stacked washer and dryer. Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire house and 1 parking spot in the shared parking lot. Guest pass is required, with one pass per person. Guests are subject to an access fee of $24 per pass per day for the Trout Creek Rec Center.

Nestled in a quiet forested area with Alder Creek running by, you’ll be surrounded by beautiful nature at every turn. Just a short one-minute walk takes you out to the ski slopes of Tahoe Donner Downhill Ski Area, where you can easily walk to the lift and be on the slopes in no time. There are multiple ski resorts for every type just a short drive away. For a family-friendly option, head over to Donner Ranch Resort or Soda Springs Mountain Resort. Want to get in some advanced terrain? Sugar Bowl Resort, less than 25 miles away, is for you! Or, enjoy some night skiing at Boreal Mountain Resort, the only resort to offer night skiing in Tahoe, just 20 minutes away.

In the summertime, make the short drive over to Donner Lake Memorial State Park, or head over to Donner Lake Marina to rent watercraft for a day filled with water activities. With several ski resorts less than 15 miles away, you can quickly be on the slopes. For those looking for a bit more city life, both Tahoe City and Kings Beach are a 30-minute drive away. The home is minutes away from HWY 80, making it easy to quickly get onto the highway and access the surrounding areas.
