Sunshine Villa Apt 2 is just 150m from the 60km long fabulous Makarska Riviera beach and from its balcony and dining terrace it has stunning views on the Adriatic. You can enjoy dining and relaxing here. The beach is a walk down a path of steps, its aqua waters a treat to swim in. Forbes Magazine has declared this stunning beach to be the best in Europe!
This spacious street level apartment has a stunning sea view dining terrace and balcony off its open plan living dining kitchen room. There is a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom and the terrace can be accessed from this room also. There is a second twin bedroom and shower room. The living room has a double sofa bed suitable for 1 person or 2 children.
The house is 2.5 km from Brela centre, approx a 25 min walk along a beautiful coastal path. The seaside promenade goes to BaĆĄka Voda in one direction and to Brela centre in the other direction. Along the promenade you can enjoy views of the sea and the islands in the distance in the many cafes along the route.
A holiday in this apartment will give you a 24 hour taste of the sea, sunshine and moonlight, you'll actually hardly find yourself indoors!
Brela is a town set in countryside of contrasts, the high mountains behind giving the adventure holiday seeker opportunities to paraglide or rock climb or for keen walkers to trek the mountain Biokovo with its ancient villages along the path. The pine forest in the lower reaches then gives way to olive and citrus groves around the village. But for those less active, the village offers leisurely pursuits like eating in its great restaurants.
There are 2 parking places outside the house and 3 private parking spaces are available 70m from the house. They are for use by the 3 apts in the house.
Our representative will show you where to park when you arrive, depending on availability.
Public stairs at the end of the street will take you to the beach. There are approx 200 stairs to the beach. There is also an option to drive down to one of the pay for parking areas closer to the water in central Soline.
The apartment has free WiFi/Internet connection.
BBQ is available. BBQ must be clean on departure.
Baby cot + linen is available to rent - there are 2 cots for the 3 apts so please book in advance.
Baby high chair is available to rent - there is 1 chair for the 3 apts so please book in advance.
There are 2 washing machines in a communal room, they are shared between the 3 apartments in the house.
Means of access: Getting there is easy by car or by plane. Split airport is a 60 km ride away.
Directions to the house: The local property manager Dalmatian Property Management will email you photo directions to the apartment where you will be met by their representative who will give you information about the region, supermarkets, restaurants and cultural events you might visit during your stay. You will feel completely looked after. And in a case you need anything else DPM personnel will be happy to help.
Other Things to note
Please note you will need to pay in cash on arrival cca 2 Euro per person per day tourist tax.
Late arrival and Sunday check in fees apply.
You will also need to leave a 20 Euro cash deposit on arrival for the key.
You will get this back when you return the key on departure.
