LIVING, DINING AND KITCHEN

The open-concept main level is designed for spending time together. The fully stocked kitchen flows into the dining area and living room, where a comfortable sectional provides space to relax and converts into a sleeper for additional guests.

Enjoy morning coffee from the hanging swing on the front porch or sunset drinks from the private balcony while taking in the Emerald Coast scenery.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS

Primary suite: King bed, luxury linens, Smart TV, and private balcony.

Guest bedroom: Two bunk beds—one twin-over-twin and one twin-over-full—provide sleeping space for up to five guests. This bedroom also includes a Smart TV and the home’s washer and dryer.

Living room: Sleeper sectional for additional guests.

A baby crib is also provided for families traveling with young children.

Both bedrooms are on the second floor and require stairs.

BATHROOMS

The townhouse has two full bathrooms upstairs, including the recently remodeled primary en suite with an oversized walk-in shower, plus a convenient half bathroom on the main level.

PRIVATE BEACH ACCESS AND BEACH GEAR

A separate access code will be provided for the deeded private beach gate. Beach essentials are supplied to make your day easier, including:

• Beach wagon

• Folding beach chairs

• Beach umbrella

• Sand toys

A freshwater hose is available for rinsing sand from beach gear before storing it.

LOCATION

Beachside Bliss is positioned for easy access to the best of Destin. HarborWalk Village offers nearby dining, shopping, and entertainment, while local charter services provide convenient access to Crab Island and the surrounding Gulf waters.

The beach is only a few minutes away on foot, and many of Destin’s most popular attractions are a short drive from the townhouse.

GUEST ACCESS

Guests have private use of the entire townhouse. Before arrival, you will receive a unique keyless-entry code valid for the duration of your stay, along with the separate private-beach gate code.

IMPORTANT TO KNOW

• The primary renter must be at least 27 years old.

• Parties and large gatherings are not permitted.

• Smoking is not allowed anywhere inside the property.

• Well-trained pets are welcome. Please include every pet in the reservation and review the applicable pet fee shown during booking.

• Exterior security cameras are present on the property.
