Welcome to Rockies Rainbow Road, where relaxation meets endless fun! This beautifully remodeled duplex offers vibrant colors, thoughtful amenities, and plenty of space for the whole family to enjoy.

Main Level Bedroom 1: Escape to serenity in this master suite, featuring a luxurious king bed and a private ensuite bathroom.

Basement Bedroom 2: Rest easy in this cozy room with a queen bed and a vibrant blue accent wall.

Basement Bedroom 3: A fun space for kids or the young-at-heart, complete with a bunk bed (queen bottom, twin top) and colorful wallpaper. A Smart 4K Roku TV adds entertainment to the mix.



🛋️ Living Spaces

Main Level Living Room: Cozy up by the fireplace and take in the beautiful mountain views. Please note that the pullout sofa is currently unavailable for sleeping use at this time.

Basement Living Room: This space is designed for fun! Cozy chairs surround a dining table perfect for board games and puzzles. Enjoy the sitting area with another sleeper sofa, or play on the wall-mounted Pac-Man machine.

A 4K Roku Smart TV completes the entertainment setup.

🔑 During your stay, you will have complete access to the entire property, including all its amenities, facilities, house and cottage. This includes bedrooms, living spaces, kitchen, backyard, and everything this house has to offer. You are welcome to make use of everything available to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable experience. Please feel free to let us know if there's anything specific you'd like to know about the property or if you have any special requests during your stay. We want to ensure that you have a wonderful time while you're here.



Enjoy private access to the entire unit. The unit is one-half of a duplex (2 units on the property). The other is Rockies Royale and is also available to book.

📜 Rental Agreement: For a seamless booking experience, a Rental Agreement is required for all reservations. Once your reservation is confirmed, we’ll provide details for completing the agreement.



🔑 Check-In Process: For a seamless check-in experience, your unique code along with your check-in instructions will be updated into your personalized guidebook on the morning of your arrival. You’ll use this code for entry.



☕ Starter Supply: We’ve prepared a starter supply that includes paper towels, coffee K-cups, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, and plush white towels! We hope these amenities add an extra touch of comfort to your stay.



⏰ Unauthorized Late Checkout Fee: $20 Per Half Hour Late



💵 Additional Fees: Optional services, including early check-in, late check-out, and additional guests, can be arranged upon request and are subject to availability. These additional fees help cover the cost of reworking the schedule or adding an additional cleaner if needed. Please message us ahead of time for pricing and availability.
