Cette spacieuse maison mitoyenne de 5 chambres (aux 3e et 4e étages) dispose d'une superbe terrasse enveloppante de 1000 pieds carrés qui offre une vue imprenable sur l'oc��an et la baie. Une vue imprenable depuis les deux étages! Aucune dépense n'a été épargnée pour son intérieur haut de gamme décoré professionnellement. Le niveau inférieur a une grande cuisine avec des comptoirs en granit, des appareils en acier inoxydable et une barre de petit-déjeuner de 10 pieds. Grande salle à manger et grande salle qui s'ouvre sur une vue sur l'océan! 6 téléviseurs avec 5 DVD / magnétoscopes. Le coin repas peut accueillir 10 personnes, dont 4 au bar. La construction en béton à parois épaisses garantit des vacances tranquilles et privées. Parking fermé pour 2 voitures. Piscine extérieure chauffée privée avec toilettes au bord de la piscine. Levers et couchers de soleil spectaculaires! Disponible pour les locations de vacances en famille.

Really nice place in need of some improvements. Mattresses are very thin - we could feel the springs. Ceilings show past water damage. Deck furniture dated and uncomfortable. And living room coffee table almost fell apart. When we arrived we noted the smoke detectors were disconnected and advised the property manager, but no one ever came to address it. But the weather was great and the whole group had a great time!

Our "Happy Place"

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was out 7th year staying at Unit #301 at the Vista Mar. Honestly, we will never stay anywhere else. The condo is spacious, giving everyone space to enjoy some private time. It is very clean and the washer and dryer really help out. This year, the towels and the bedding being included was such a bonus and a huge help. Another feature we love is the wrap-around, huge deck which we spent many hours enjoying. The condo is quiet and away from the busy heart of Wildwood. The pool is clean and a great place to cool down after the beach. There is a rinsing hose before you head into the pool to get the sand off. I would give this place TEN stars and we are already booking for 2023! Can't wait! Highly recommend.

Another perfect week at the Vista Mar, Unit 301!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This marks year number 8 that we have stayed in Unit 301. We arrived to a clean condo and everything was in perfect order. It really helps that the bed linens and towels are supplied with the stay. The pool was lovely and the fact that the beach is so close is a real plus. The condo was quiet and comfortable, and truly is our home away from home once a year in September. Check in and Check out is so easy with the Hospitality app. The team at the Powers Group, Keller Williams, is always available and has been great over the years. All the information for the rental is located in one spot. Looking forward to many more stays and family memories at the Vista Mar!

Manque un peu d'amour...

Le condo est très spacieux, nous étions 3 familles et c'était parfait, cuisine, chambres, salon et salles de bain. Toutefois le ménage laisse à désirer. Les luminaires n'ont pas été nettoyés depuis très longtemps. Des champignons dans les douches, une chance que nous avions emmené des produits nettoyants pour ça! Il y avait encore du sable dans nos chambre et un peu partout. Le robinet de la salle de bain d'en bas coulait. Mais la literie et les serviettes c'était parfait. Les lits sont super confortables! Nous y retournerons si les propriétaires refont un grand ménage et un peu de peinture.

Lovely condos

This condo sits in close proximity to the beach and offers several views of the beach. It is nicely furnished and has plenty of room for a large family. The kitchen could be appointed better as we struggled to serve food at the table for lack of large cooking and serving vessels. HOWEVER, if this were my property, I would be wicked angry at the way in which it is maintained. We arrived just as the cleaning women had finished and it was very dirty as we all agreed. If this was my house I would have promptly FIRED them! There is dust on everything, even the utensils in the drawer were dirty., the walls and baseboards haven’t been cleaned, the towel bar and toilet paper holders are falling off the wall in MB, the MB squeaks so much it s disturbing to sleep in, there were chips in several closets and on the floor as well as dust bunnies and hair balls, the rugs in MB were so filthy I washed them myself. If you don’t mind filth, this is your condo. I would recommend to the winners to have a serious conversation with maintenance.

Wildwood Crest Two-week summer vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very nice, spacious, well-equipped unit. Loved the wrap-around deck with views of the ocean and bay. We had a disruptive issue with sand flies swarming every morning at the front windows. The management company was very responsive and tried their best to get rid of the bugs, but it was a disruptive morning ritual for us having to spray and clean up the dead bugs. The owner needs to make sure that this does not impact the stay of future renters. Aside from this issue, we would recommend the property and would opt to rent the property again in the future as long as this issue was resolved.

A Perfect Stay at Vista Mar - once again

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have been renting unit 301 at the Vista Mar and this was our sixth year. It is our home away from home! This unit is beautiful with the highlight being the wrap-around deck that lets us view the ocean on one side and Crest/Bay side on the other! We love spending evenings on the deck. The unit is clean and the beds were upgraded this year! Very comfy. It is a very short walk to the beach and the Vista Mar is overall quiet and relaxing. The pool is a great place to cool off after a long day at the beach. Close to many great eateries and just a great location in general. Always sad when we have to leave.

The property was nice well kept and our stay was comfortable. Although, I have few comments/observations: - lock boxes use and instructions worked for one but not for the other - the one that opened was empty? - used one of the codes provided for the lock boxes to open the keypad lock on the front door - no mention of this? - the wifi network name/password provided was incorrect? - wifi network name printed inside the rental correct w/incorrect password? - clearly stated that we need to bring linens/pillows/towels which we did but then someone delivered all those which we didn’t use & left in the rental unopened - related to the itemized charge on the bill? - checkout times in one email said it was 11am in another it says 10am, which is it?

Family Vacation

Great stay with our extended family. Have stayed at the Vista Mar for many years. Love the building and the location. This particular unit had great space, but could use some better maintenance and cleaning. Overall, a great stay. The condo just needs a little TLC.

Terrible, do not recommend

Lock boxes upon entry inoperable. Bed mattresses ancient, master bed felt like a piece of plywood with coil springs attached. Sofa bed mattress was a yellow discolored hunk of rubber,It made me want to puke. It’s a disgrace that VRBO would even list this property. Updates drastically needed. I will not change my review. I told the truth, I will not lie for VRBO.

Nice with some kinks

It’s a nice place, big, quiet, clean. An impressive condo overall. Could use some maintenance though. Little things like drawers that fall out when you try to open them, noisy older appliances, cheap coffee tables that are wobbly, bedroom doors that act funny. But a couple of bigger things like ants coming from near the fireplace and a leaky ceiling when it rains. They did send an exterminator right away which was good at least. None of these things ruined our vacation, I just think the owners should pay better attention to the state of their property. I’d recommend it however we were only able to afford it because we were there in June. In August it’s more than double the price which is way out of our range and not justifiable given the maintenance that needs to be done. Oh and finally the beds upstairs are just awful, PLEASE get new / more comfortable beds up there. If you are staying here and want good sleep, bring some kind of foam mattress pads for the king and queen beds upstairs!
