La villa "American Eagle" a 3 chambres à coucher et 2 salles de bain. Nous proposons un bel espace extérieur avec une grande terrasse, une piscine chauffée à l’eau salée et un bain à remous qui sont mis en valeur de manière colorée dans le noir.
La location est située dans un endroit calme à Cape Coral. A proximité, vous trouverez une piste de BMX et le parc aquatique "Sun Splash". De nombreux commerces et restaurants sont également faciles à atteindre.

Pool was Great! Disappointed in the quality of pots and pans and grill, would’ve like to have cooked in. Had to clean the master bath counter from the bug poop Every day. And the main sliders were basically inoperable, had to use the dining area sliders. All in all a great visit, but home could some attention.

Great spot for R & R

We had a great time at this location. We spent a lot of time playing cards, doing puzzles and relaxing in the evenings and were very comfortable. During the day it was a great location while we traveled around Florida.

Peaceful Paradise!

The house was exactly as listed & it was perfect! House was clean & bathrooms were ample size. Beds were very comfortable. We used the pool & hot tub every chance we got. The garage was a bonus. Neighborhood was super quiet. Would definitely stay again & recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway.

Birthday Getaway

My husband was celebrating his Birthday, Marco & Martina were so kind and gifted a bottle of wine for the occasion. We celebrated poolside at their amazing vacation home. The house was so clean, spacious, and homey. It was so relieving to be able to take our dog! Everything was so thought out and taken care of upon arrival. It made for a wonderful stay, and we plan to come back!

Nice Stay - But Ask About POOL

Really nice property in a quite, safe neighborhood. Great communication, just be sure to ask if the pool and spa are being heated and ready for your arrival - it was not for us and no one was able to come out. We asked for a small discount, but caretaker implied we were not truthful and that we must've done something to the controls during our weekend stay.

A note for future tenants of the home: You can use the hot tub whenever you want! (But please be aware of the fact that the hot tub needs about 3 hours to heat up the water completely.) The house has a system from which we could see that the temperature of the pool was permanently on 86. The tenants apparently tried to set the temperature even warmer, which meant that a service call was required after the guests had left. We refrained from charging the guests for these costs.

Outside better than inside

This property was beautiful on the outside with gorgeous landscaping and lanai area. Unfortunately, the inside was disappointing. While the master bedroom was nice, the other two bedrooms were very small and neither one had dressers in which to put clothing. There was a live cockroach in the dishwasher and one ran out of a pantry closet. The tv was very small and had limited channels. The place wasn't very clean compared with other places we have been. We did really like Charity, the manager for this property. She was very helpful and submitted all of our complaints.

We could only repeat our response from your other review: We are in some way surprised that you rated your stay only with 2 out of 5 points as we never heard any complaints during your stay. We kindly ask our guests to mention any problems in time, so that we can eliminate errors together. Of course, a MASTER bedroom is bigger than the other bedrooms. That´s why it is called the master bedroom. We´d like to mention again, that you´ve been informed about the TV situation (only local TV - no cable channels) before signing the contract via email. Cockroaches, ghost ants, and other crawling animals are normal in southern countries. That´s why we have the pest control periodically at our houses. Nevertheless, we apologize for any inconveniences you´ve had during your stay and we are happy to forward your praise to Charity. Your Florida4You-team

Comfortable Home

We are a retired couple and this is our second year staying at this home. It is very comfortable house and in a quiet residential area. Pleasant to walk or bike around. Our son and daughter -law came for a few days for a little R&R and were very pleased. We enjoyed the beaches, golf, mini-golf, Pickle Ball, and restaurants all in the nearby area. The pool and hot tub was especially nice. We had a wonderful stay.

Safe and Relaxing

Our stay here at the American Eagle Villa was a good one. For starters our briefing with Property Manager, Charity was very informative. She settled us in with internet hookup and pool protocol very nicely. Everything went smoothly. House is stocked with important amenities, comfortable on the inside and beautifully maintained on the outside. We felt safe in the neighbourhood and it was very relaxing when we stayed around the house. ONLY one small issue...there are no dressers and it was an inconvenience BUT it was no surprise - we knew this when we booked. Next time we won't pack so much. Thanks for the Cape Coral getaway. Nice winter getaway

The pool and spa were wonderful but the lanai could have been cleaner. The outside of the house was beautiful but the inside could be updated. The weather was fantastic so we spent most of our time around the pool. Charity and the pool guy were very helpful. Thank you for your help.
