This home is highly rated on other platforms, and we have consistently received positive feedback. The property is fully remodeled, and we have invested in high-quality mattresses to ensure the comfort of our guests. The house features both a front and side entrance, with the side entrance providing access to a fenced yard for the convenience of guests and their pets. Regarding the booking policy, we do not require a $3,000 payment upfront. Instead, we have a refundable $89 fee (which you get back at the end of your stay) that covers a $3,000 insurance policy through VRBO for any potential damages, which is a rare occurrence. The neighborhood is very safe and quiet, with many people frequently walking their dogs on our street. While I understand your disappointment, I am surprised by the tone and content of this review, as it does not align with the feedback we typically receive.
