The moment you step inside, you will be impressed by the elevated design with 2 bedrooms both having their own en suite bathroom! The first bedroom boasts a brand new queen bed, perfect for relaxing and unwinding after a day at the beach. The first bedroom also has a large closet for guests to enjoy and stash all your vacay gear! Both bedrooms feature a dedicated workspace with a desk and high speed internet is also provided for those who need to stay connected during their stay. The second bedroom has two new twin beds along with the dedicated workspace and a fantastic wardrobe cabinet for your hanging clothes.

The living room is tastefully decorated and features a sleeper sofa, providing additional sleeping arrangements allowing us to host up to 6 guests comfortably in this stylish and cozy condo. A smart TV is also provided in the living room for your entertainment needs.The kitchen is fully equipped with all the modern appliances you'll need making it easy to prepare your favorite meals and snacks. We love mornings on vacay! So we have an awesome waffle bar and coffee/tea bar featuring a Keurig coffee maker, k-cup coffee, sweeteners and creamer, and a full size coffee maker.
The laundry room is conveniently located inside the condo, allowing you to pack light and stay fresh throughout your stay. The bathrooms offer a tub/shower in each with vanity and large mirror with hotel toiletries provided. The private patio on the balcony is a great spot to enjoy your morning coffee or relax after a long day at the beach.

The condo community is pet-friendly, so feel free to bring your furry friends along (up to 2 dogs allowed over 1 year old). Just please pick up after walking your pup! There is also a beautiful community pool with an upper sun deck and waterfall, lounge chairs, and umbrella tables, perfect for soaking up the sun and enjoying the beautiful landscaping.

In our entry way closet you'll find some property provided beach gear! This includes beach chairs and even a beach cart to transport everything easily. You can spend more time enjoying the sand and surf and less time worrying about what to bring. And when you're ready to return to the condo, simply store everything back in the entry closet until your next beach adventure. Please be sure and wipe down all beach gear and help us keep our gear nice for all guests! Please return all property beach gear before you check out.
