Nous sommes très chanceux d'être situés à seulement 1/2 pâté de maisons de la rue Main, à un pâté de maisons des magasins River Place et à moins de 5 minutes à pied du Bavarian Inn ou du restaurant Zehnder au centre-ville de Frankenmuth. En outre, vous pouvez traverser la rue et profiter d'une partie de golf au Fortress Golf Course. La maison a un environnement confortable et chaleureux avec beaucoup de caractère. C'est une maison historique très propre, spacieuse et magnifique avec des planchers et des boiseries d'origine. Après une journée de shopping, de repas, de golf ou de détente dans l'un des biergarten locaux, profitez de revenir dans un cadre résidentiel calme. Détendez-vous et grillez sur la terrasse arrière privée donnant sur la cour arrière spacieuse ou asseyez-vous sur le grand porche confortable et regardez les voitures tirées par des chevaux passer.

Nous avons 4 chambres spacieuses (maître au rez-de-chaussée), 2 salles de bain complètes (une à chaque étage), dressing (idéal pour les mariages), grande cuisine entièrement équipée, salle à manger avec grande table de réunion, salons à l'étage et au rez-de-chaussée, salle de jeux avec jeux et table de ping-pong. Vous tomberez amoureux du cadre paisible et de nombreux équipements de qualité! Un endroit parfait pour votre escapade ou retraite à Frankenmuth.

Avec notre nouvelle Carriage Haus rénovée, une grande cour arrière et un patio, nous avons créé une atmosphère intime et confortable où les amis et la famille peuvent célébrer toute occasion ensemble. C'est l'endroit idéal pour se divertir uniquement pendant les saisons chaudes (de mai à septembre). Des frais d'événement supplémentaires s'appliqueront. Beauty, amenities, convenience

My husband and I, our two children and their spouses, and our four grandchildren (12, 11, 8, 3) fit very comfortably into this charming historic home. We were there for 2 nights over spring break. We especially enjoyed the huge dining room table that provided plenty of room for the family to play games and do activities. Also, it is very convenient - very walkable - to downtown and the Waterpark we took the children to, and to Bronners Christmas World. The owners were very responsive and they were the first to notify I that we left some items - and then to send them to us!! We will definitely stay there again on a future visit to Frankenmuth.

Wedding Party Weekend

My husband and I have many family and friends who stood in our wedding party that live 6 hours away. We wanted to spend our wedding weekend soaking up as much time as possible with these important people. The Brownstone Haus made that possible. The Haus was filled with love, laughter, and many memories were made. The Brownstone accommodated all of us and could not have been a more perfect space for all of us to to enjoy each other's company. It served as a fantastic getting ready space for the morning of the wedding with the bride tribe. The groomsmen came to the house later and captured some amazing photos with the pool table and in the Carriage House. I highly recommend booking this house for any reason. It's a beautiful space that can easily meet the needs of both small and large groups of people any time of year.

House was great. Comfortable while maintaining the ambiance of a 100 year old home. Updated kitchen was fully equipped. Basement Lots of space which accommodated gathering together or finding a quiet spot.

Girls annual getaway

The house is lovely, and has every amenity!.. it is also right in the center of all the activities in town. We have come back to this house for several years, and will continue to do so .. Sharon is a very thorough manager, and very easy to work with. I highly recommend this house!

Great stay, great location

This property exceeded our expectations. Hosts have everything you need for a great stay, and a lot of items you didn't even know you'd need. The property is well set up for couples, families, or groups. Great communication from host. The pictures are actually reflective of the property and amenities (yes, it really does look like that)! Walking distance to downtown Frankenmuth.

Annual weekend end getaway

We've been staying at the Brownstone Haus for weekends in May for many years. We love the house, its charm and location. Beautiful home, fantastic hosts, great location

The home is exactly like the listing. We couldn’t have asked for more. The location was perfect for walking anywhere in Frankenmuth. The street the house is located on is just around the corner from Main Street ensuring a quiet experience. The historic home is perfect. The decor is beautiful without flaw. There are so many great areas of the home perfect for photographs. Next time we are in Frankenmuth we will stay here. Nothing else compares.

Elevated Stay in Frankenmuth!

This house is perfect for any event, family gathering, or a girl's weekend. This house felt like an elevated experience; the beds, towels, and house furnishings were all beautiful. The bed was definitely one of the most comfortable beds I've slept in. We celebrated my bridal shower here and got so many compliments. Highly recommend staying here and look forward to visiting again.

Holiday family gathering

This Home is fantastic. Very well done. Warm and cozy, perfect for our family treat. and a short walk to all Frankenmuth has to offer. We would highly recommend this property, and hope to return some day.

Ive stayed here multiple times now. Ive never been disappointed. Was here with friends because they were getting married on halloween. Had a splendid time. Dont hesistate!

We have been marred 20 years and feel very lucky to be living in Frankenmuth. My husband is a supervisor for Delta Air Lines and I have been involved in property management, with family partners, for 25 years. This is our first vacation rental and happy to say, we are the sole owners. I’ve never enjoyed managing a property as much as this home, we take great pride in getting the house ready for our guests and hoping to exceed their expectations. Living locally makes it easy to confirm everything is perfect before guests check in.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

We chose this area because Frankenmuth is one of Michigan’s premiere vacation destinations. Known as “Michigan’s Little Bavaria,” due to its German heritage. It’s a place of horse drawn carriages, covered bridges, river boat cruises, world-famous chicken dinners, big water parks, and small-town strolls. Beautiful floral landscape throughout downtown, unique shops, restaurants, and beer gardens. All makes this a great place to getaway to during every season.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

We immediately fell in love with this property from the moment we looked at it. The location is perfect! Great neighborhood, short walk to downtown and across the street from the golf course. The grounds are beautiful. It has a large private backyard with patio for BBQ’s and entertaining. The driveway is long and will accommodate 5 cars. It also has a large front porch for relaxing. I knew this was going to be the perfect vacation home as soon as I walked in the door. The beautiful historic charm with the original woodwork throughout. It has a large kitchen and large dining room farm table. This home is large and spacious yet cozy and comfortable. It's the perfect place for making memories with your friends and family.
