Frankenmuth Country Escape June special rent at least 2 nights get a night free

Frankenmuth School District. Pet friendly, 4 bedroom, 2 full bath home, just two miles south of Bronners Christmas Wonderland. This charming, turn of the century farm house will be the escape you are looking for. The house is over 100 years old so it's not the Ritz, but we love it and believe you will too. Enjoy the amazing city of Frankenmuth and then celebrate with a drink on the veranda or by the campfire in your own private residence surrounded by 3 full acres of nature. The 4 bedrooms include a queen, two full size double beds, a single and a rollaway. We do charge an additional $50 per guest per night for guests exceeding 4. This allows us to keep the nightly rent reasonable for couples and small families. Also, there is a $59 charge for property insurance or this cost can be avoided by providing $1500 in refundable insurance. About a week prior to your arrival we will send a basic short-term rental agreement and upon return we will provide property access information. * Well water on property.

Great stay!

I would definitely stay here again when visiting Frankenmuth! VERY clean, more than enough room for 6 people, great communication with owners and we all loved the decor. It is also a great location.

Great Location

We did a family girls trip to Frankenmuth and Birch Run and this was an excellent choice for our stay! We will definitely be coming back for next year’s trip! The location was quiet, clean, and grounds were great for bonfires and relaxing.

Girls overnight get away

Girlfriends just wanting to get away to catch up on life. This house worked out well for us. With 4 bedrooms we each had our own space. Beds were nice, but mattresses were quite hard. Relaxing space to gather and catch up with each other. Short drive to outlet shopping and restaurants. Communication with owner was easy. Nice place to stay!

Great for long weekend.

We were in town for a family reunion in Frankenmuth. This was the perfect location. The house is a very cute farm house that’s been well maintained. No central air but didn’t really need it when we were there. The window units provide a good cooler sleeping option. Great fire pit area, huge kitchen that worked well as we prepped for the reunion. No complaints from any of the 6 of us!!

Annual Black Friday Start of Christmas Shopping

My family and friends have been staying in Frankenmuth for over 23 years as tradition from Black Friday to Sunday for the annual start of the Christmas! This year, instead of staying at a hotel (we've stayed in all of them in Frankenmuth over the years!) we rented this country home. Absolutely, loved the house and all of the room! We had a blast and would stay there again. Comfy, roomy and cozy. The full kitchen as a plus as was the two full bathrooms. Thanks to our hosts for allowing us the opportunity to stay in your home!

The house was much more run down then the pictures made it. Quality did not equal price

There were doors that look like had been chewed by dogs and never repaired. The chairs at the kitchen table were so rickety we didn’t even sit in them. The water was very sulfur egg smell and we wish we would’ve known that before we went. Just expected a little bit more for the price

Work from Home

My Husband, 100# dog and I needed a place to stay for a few nights while our house was under remodel. We've rented a number of different properties this year for this purpose and our needs require a strong internet connection to enable us both to work remotely. I can confirm, the WIFI supported zoom/teams video conferencing without any troubles. Considering the age of the home, it's updated, clean and cozy. Beds and linens were soft and comfortable. The window AC units were effective at keeping the house comfortable in late June. The house is surrounded by farm land (very peaceful) but a short driving distance from downtown Frankenmuth. All in all, it met our needs but we were uncomfortable that the sliding glass door was secured with a wooden bar b/c the lock was broken. Relative to other properties, this has one of the highest cleaning and pet fees. It's also the first property which required insurance and a rental agreement. Double check the amenities list: shampoo/conditioner as well as soap for the automatic dishwasher are not included. Relative to other properties rented for the same purpose, this location comes at a higher cost per night. That said, the listing is 100% transparent; there were absolutely no surprises. Communication w/ management was fast and easy. We sincerely appreciate any property which understands dogs are family members and trust dog parents to be responsible. Thank you for hosting us.

Peaceful country house

The house and property were perfect for what we were looking for. The owners were quick to answer any questions we had. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit. It was so quiet and peaceful and yet grocery stores and shopping were 5 minutes away. Definitely recommend this country charmer.
